The people are so helpful.

Travis, the guy who helped me check out (I think his name is Travis!), has only worked there for 3 weeks. Anyway, he was very professional but also VERY personable. Just the kind of employee you want to have; give him a raise!

Don't expect male employees to help you load your bags of cement. They are too busy visiting with one another.

Our store is always clean and there are always employees willing to help in every department. We shop Home Depot for all of our projects, big and small.

We had a problem with an appliance delivery due to the sales person at the time of the sale (a month ago) not informing us of needing to pay for old appliance disposal fees and new accessories necessary for appliance installation. We called to complain about not getting what we wanted with installed appliances and the store mad it right for us. Everything will be taken care of and no extra charge will be incurred. Fees were actually refunded as a surprise to us. Very good customer service occurred to resolve our issue! Thank you very much!!

I have always enjoyed going to the Idaho Falls, Home Depot every since it opened. It is an asset to our community. It provides easy access to the materials that are needed to do any kind of building. You can just get in an out. The employees are good to help you load up your truck so you can get going back to the job. They carry a good variety of things for any kind of household chores. The store is very clean and the employees are very helpful and friendly. They know what their talking about when you ask questions and are more than happy to help you out, or find someone who can if they're busy. The building in this area has really picked up and their building supplies are really needed. Thank you Home Depot for a wonderful business in our town of Idaho Falls, Id.

I’ve always been able to get tools or items I need and what impresses me most is everyone I’ve asked for help has always been very knowledgeable, much more knowledgeable than myself. They have really helped me a lot. Everyone is professional and friendly. Any time I’ve had to return something, they’ve always made the experience pleasant. I really enjoy shopping there.

We asked twice for assistance loading lumber. My husband is 77 years old. Nobody came! We asked for a manager. Nobody came. Not my definition of good service. Shame on you

I called first to make sure the Idaho Falls Home Depot had the item I needed. The employee on the phone, a man, was friendly and gave me the information I needed. When I arrived at the store, the young woman that helped me, walked all the way across the store to make sure I found what I needed. Then the lady at the check-out was courteous and helpful. I had a good experience in this store.

It seems like every time I am in Home Depot associate the stands out to me the most is Will from lumber. His knowledge and expertise are FAR superior from other associates I have dealt with prior. Will always seems to be moving 1000 mph accomplishing three jobs simultaneously, but never once has he failed to drop what he’s doing to help me. I will admit, that he is perhaps the only reason that I come into Home Depot over competitors. Now, JT could learn a thing or two, or three, or twenty from Will.

Will and Addison in the Lumber Dept. went above and beyond the normal service standard and got us our lumber order and made our entire day better by being so helpful. BRAVO and THANK YOU!!

Home depot employs people who are skilled in the department they work in. This saves me time, and gives me confidence when tackling my projects!

John was really nice and friendly. He talked me into a store credit card.

Customer service was excellent and it was simple to make a return! Many items on hand and love the fact there is discount lumber.

Tom at the Pro Desk, is Wonderful for my Company Blane Robbins Electric. Oleta at the Pro Desk is also Great. Pam is great When they are not there.

We found what we were looking for and did not have to wait for a long time to ask questions of an associate or to make a purchase. We have always been given good advise on how to do a project that we have had no previous experience with. Also their associates have always been friendly.

Store was clean, a lot of products missing but that’s expected during the pandemic. Most of the associates were great, but I do not recommend this store if you need to deal with the pro desk. Our only issues were with the employee at the pro desk, and because of them we probably will never be back to this location.

This is only a TEMPORARY REVIEW. I'm disappointed that you have dropped Covid protocols while a 2nd wave of cases is happening. Employees should still have masks and customers should be encouraged to wear them. *I normally would give this store high ratings. They have wonderful customer service!

Good paint department. I have rentals in 5 states and I alway use HD standard products because I know I can get them. Like this store very much the staff is Friendly and the Paint Department is my favorate to work with.

Great store. Very helpful employees. It's wonderful to go into a store like this and actually find people willing (and knowledgeable) to help you find what you need.

I like the employees. Especially the Pro Desk. Ask them anything and you won't go wrong. Tom, Gregory and the two blonds keep up the great service and I'll keep coming back.

Your Garden Center in this store is so well stocked and the employees are willing to help us carry the trees/plants and load them onto our truck for which we are grateful!!

We went in trying to do things ourselves...we had a couple questions and Steve in the window and door section was more than happy to assist us. For that we were very pleased. Thank you!!! He was very knowledgeable, if he didn't know the answer he called for assistance. Very nice!
