If only some employees can be more like Ana at customer service.

Angela a millwork specialist went above and beyond her duties. My wife and I had been looking for a light fixture in all the Home Depots in our are and looked for it online. I saw Angela walking and asked her for help on finding this light fixture. She looked in the system for and no luck. I asked if we can buy the light fixture on display and she check and it was! It was late at night and she said there was no one that can get it down but would make sure it was down and ready to go the following morning. Came in the following morning and it was ready to go! Angela came in CLUTCH! now my wife is happy and I am happy.

Overall the store is neat and clean and during the day is stocked with most items. I understand the new hires are learning. However, more experience associates are needed in the evening.

My experience August 3, 2020, started out great! Associates were accommodating until check out. The sales associate began conversing with another associate who appeared to be off work. The conversation was annoying. Pay attention to the customer! The conversation continued with the male paying the cashier a compliment. Her response, "Well I guess I'm that "B." Wow, so unprofessional. I advised her that profanity in the work place was not a good thing. She didn't apologize. The male associate told me I was right and tried to apologize by saying I was right and reminded him of his mom. Just apologize. This loose lip behavior happens to often in almost every business open to the public. Employers need to address employees and their professionalism.

i like shopping at this Home Depot. It is close to my home and once i ask the garden department to order something and they did. all the employees are friendly and helpful. keep up the great work everyone!

Never had a bad experience here. Employees are helpful, store is well-stocked and well-maintained, lots of parking. I usually go during the evening or at night, which may make my shopping experience easier (versus going on a weekend morning). Thanks, guys!

I made my purchase at the Inglewood store on CENTURY BLVD.

For some reason the stor was relatively empty on a Sunday afternoon. I hope this does't mean they will close. We found everythiing we came for. Jose who cut our umber was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The two guys who helped load our truck and car were also very nice and refused a tip (said ti was against store policy). We appreciate their help and didn't have to ask for it.

I've never left HD without the items I was looking for. I've always been able to get the help I need.

I am very pleased with the customer service I receive when visiting Home Depot. I am always greeted with friendly employees who always help me with whatever I'm asking and even are courteous enough to walk me over to the aisle where the item is located and help me to find the best product. My first time entering Home Depot I felt a little overwhelmed because of how large the store was and all the different varieties but these feelings soon subsided because the employees are always very helpful and knowledgeable of the merchandise.
