So much stuff to see and check out it's amazing, new products and so many nice items for the wish list. Still pretty easy to find what I'm looking for, and the staff is always helpful if needed.

Cashier Gabriella and Karina were very friendly and helpful lead me straight to what I needed and very efficient when checking me out.

Have never been told by an employee to check myself out while three of them talk about the weekend plans. hand them your tax card (they need to enter) and get eyes rolled at myself. It was like I was interrupting there talk time. Sorry, did not know shopping was a bother to them. Manager said sorry and he would take care of it, yet truth be told this is not the first time with poor service and have said something. Was told then that is not right and we will handle it. Well truth when????

We experienced outstanding service at this store when selecting plants for our yard. Very friendly and accommodating! Great selection of products.

Most of the time I get very good service. However I did not realize until I got home that the clerk did not give me the information I needed to apply for the rebate for my paint. The rebate was $40.00.

Our first choice when we need hardware and household fix items. Also find personnel to be very helpful.

Employees are "NOT" there to assist customers but just for a check or so it seems.

This store is famous for moving stock during store hours, tying up customers with their aisle blocking. Stock should be moved after store hours. It is safer and more customer friendly.

We've shopped at this location for a few years now and always have good customer service. Tony Key was the latest example. He helped us diagnose a problem and come to the right product for the solution quickly. I highly recommend him and this location.

The store associates are very helpful. The aisles are unfortunately quite cluttered and the Stairways seem to always require moving to see the items on the shelves. Wish they could park them elsewhere.

This store is always super busy and the available associates to help you are spotty at best. When found they are always helpful and friendly. The store is well stocked on most items. The aisles are always blocked by merchandise for sale making negotiating the aisles a bit difficult and tight during busy times.

Today, Wed 21 Dec at approx. 10:30am, I encountered a Home Depot employee in the paint department who personifies excellent customer service. Unfortunately, I did not get his name. When I asked for his help in finding a specific Minwax color . He did the research and found the misplaced cans. I appreciate excellent customer service above all else.

My husband and I had the BEST costumer service experience we've ever received!! We were able to bring home a beautiful Christmas tree after being assisted by an employee that went above and beyond!!

The store is huge and has a friendly and knowledgeable staff to help you find items when you are in a hurry to get a job done. Very nice selection of reasonably priced merchandise too!

Just went in for the Load-n-go truck and wound up having to defend myself on the phone for something THEY did wrong. 4 cashiers were pleasant but slow and seemed lost. Call in to inquire about addt'l charge and get yelled at by Mindy and mngr, Bryan, for 15 minutes for a simple response - wait 3-5 days for charge to be released. On top of that, windshield has crack and something wrong w the tires that says low tire pressure that cashiers said Bryan knew about but didn't know why he wouldn't fix it.

Generally always a reasonable experience with help through the help desk as necessary.
