RAMSEZ volunteered to help me take my large purchase to my car. He had to get creative in helping me load my items. I never could’ve gotten all my items in my car w/o his help. I would’ve had to make two trips which would’ve taken me almost 2 hours total. He was so cheerful in helping me! A couple weeks ago Isaac helped me in the pvc department. I ran into an issue and he gave me an idea that worked right away. The cashier staff has always been very helpful and friendly at this location. I appreciate the security officer on site keeping customers safe. There’s been a lot of effort lately to keep this area clean and nice and it’s greatly appreciated!

From our initial contact with Henry, the security guard, who was very friendly and helpful to working with Raoul (sp) in Appliances who helped us choose the refrigerator that best met our criteria, our shopping trip was a pleasant and successful venture.

I purchase widow blinds for a complete house and it turned out to be a nightmare. The order was incorrect and then the Blind rep lie and me the consumer made the mistake, Then it took 4 trips to complete the installation. Parts were wrong ot parts were not shipped

Home Depot is our “ go to” store for appliances, plants and home repair items

A miserable experience yet again. The pick up lockers are NOT marked and we're malfunctioning.

If an employee sees a customer alone at least greet the customer with a simple "do you need help?" Customer service is key its the "little things that bring the customer back" I used to work at a 5 star resort where that was key to success. greet the customer no matter what

Cashier/ exchange looked bothered that I was there. Definitely will choose a competitor whose further away for future purchases.

Sometimes difficult to find help but when do the employee helps us until we no longer need help. Thanks.

Bought mulch,pots and plants but had to restrain ourselves to keep within budget.😅
