AAAAA++++++++ Customer Service thank you to Karena and the rest of the staff, for helping me get the vanity I wanted. While my local HD didn't have it and couldn't find someone to help me. You girls ROCK.

The folks at the Ithaca Home Depot have always been helpful and willing to stop what they are doing to find what we need.

employees are always friendly and helpful and the store generally has what I need.

Great customer service today! From getting wood cut to size. To getting the right tools and materials to get the project I was working on complete. Very impressed with the customer service and their desire to help.

The staff were helpful and accommodating and thanks to them, I came home with a better shop vac than what I came in with!

I am a retired Building Commissioner and often shop at area hardware stores . I have found that our local Home Depot store has better prices in general and staff in general that seem to be more helpful than most . This is not to say that every single person in the store is great . The store seems to have what I am always looking for . The Customer Service desk is generally very helpful . Yesterday during a visit I was helped by Felicia W. in Customer Service and she was one of the most helpful and kindest employees I have met in any store , anywhere . She seemed to be happy and seemed to like her job . I was very impressed .

I and my husband with summer lake property in the area found this is a really great store to shop in, and had a very pleasant and memorable experience. All staff were great , very friendly and helpful.

GREAT STORE

The store is easy to maneuver a cart around to purchase several things. Isles are not plugged to get to an item.

I shopped online first and Home Depot was the only store that had what I was looking for. The store was fairly busy with pro contractors I was able to find what I needed with the help of the associates and was soon on my way.

Employees are very happy to help in finding the items that I went there for. Also not using "high pressure sales pitch" to sell product. Willing to aid in getting heavy items in my vehicles when needed. I would recommend Home Depot to others as I have always been pleased with purchases made. They carry brands that are of high quality.

This store is the store to go to if you want good quality products and need assistance finding anything or just some general How to do it information. Also I have never been inside that store where I had to wait in long lines to get checked out. Which in a women's busy life is a plus.

Working on my new to me house and not willing to pay for contractors. So the Home Depot is my go to place. Only thing I could find was the flooring that I needed.

I have shopped here many times. I like that you can always find someone to help you if you need it. If you are in a hurry there are always plenty of registers that are open and I like the self serve registers. No waiting in line is always a plus in my book. Everyone is very helpful and seem upbeat.

The moment you enter the store you are greeted with a smile and a staff member asking you if you need any assistance. Every staff member that I have been in contact with has been extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Every department throughout the store have staff members that I have worked with and found them to be extremely professional with my needs and questions. The staff at the pro desk are the best to work with compared to any other! I highly recommend the Ithaca Home Depot!

I always shopping at Homedepot. When I need assistance the associates are very willing to assist, or make sure that there is someone can assist me. There are times when I have to search for someone to assist me, but only seems when I need assistance when I don't see someone nearby.
