Last year we had a bad experience with a purchasing a defective lawn mower. It was handled very well by John Maness. We were so impressed with the way things were handled that any time we are in the store and have questions we seek his advice or for him to point us in the right direction. He has always went above and beyond to provide great customer service and I'm always impressed at his product knowledge. We will continue to make purchases from Home Depot, especially those large home related purchases !

I always find what I need at this store. If I need help it is always there. The staff has been very helpful.

I really haven't really needed much help in my visits to Home Depot, but when I have it's readily available. The employees have always been very courteous helpful and helpfully.

Outside in the garden center the employees were very helpful. There could have been a better variety of plants.

I was in the garden center earlier this week and wanted flowers for my front porch. After searching I could not find what I wanted so the associate working outside had some carts and he went over and above to help me find exactly what I wanted and did but it was not the color I wanted. He assured me more would be coming in later in the week so I waited and went back today. I was amazed that he remembered me and he took me straight to what I wanted and the color was perfect just what I wanted. He was happy and so were we. He carried them to the register for us and I am so sorry I did not get his name because he deserves to be praised for such a caring attitude. I always look other places for my flowers but Home Depot is the place I always get them. I receive a lot of compliments on them every summer and I tell everyone where to go and they are amazed!

The store was very clean and the products were easy to find. The store associate was very helpful in assisting with the lumber I purchased to build my deck. Very great place to shop.

I always shop at this Home Depot. There is another big box hardware store in our area and I refuse to shop there. The associates are the best at our Home Depot!

We were very impressed with the availability of mowers in the store but even more impressed with the great service we were given in the process. Both the guys helping us were very knowledgable, friendly, and great listeners. They took the time to find out what exactly we needed rather than simply trying to sell us something. They discussed the pros and cons of a number of mowers and helped us decide which one to purchase. After arriving home and using the machine, it provided exactly what was promised. Their recommendation was invaluable. We will shop this Home Depot exclusively because of the great customer service we experienced.

I often frequent this store because it is convenient, 99% of the time has what I need, and the employees are professional and helpful. The employees are knowledgeable about the store and obviously want the patrons to be happy because they usually go out of the way to make the customers' shopping experience be a good one. It is simply more pleasurable to shop in a big box store where the employees and cordial and the prices reasonable.

Normally I have a very good experience at this store but today was the exception. I waited several minutes to checkout three items and when it was my turn, the girl told me the register was closed and walked off. I couldn't believe how rude she was.

I went to the flower center, Breia was very helpful, really nice and friendly, help me find the plants I wanted. Also bought flooring at Home Depot, they were very helpful and nice. Will be purchasing new cabinets in the future and they will be bought from Home Depot.
