Great place to shop for Tools and more, very clean and well organized.

Sales person at checkout very friendly went out of her way to make sure all my needs were met.

All items were exactly where the apt said they would be , made it easy to find everything .Sales associate walked up and answered all my questions

I was surprised of how helpful the sales team was and very knowledgeable. Then sales rep in appliances led to right product just what we were looking for in our price range.

Walked right in and was able to find what I needed. The only downfall was I just wish you had more of a variety. But the other stores were sold out of garage salamander heaters so this could have just as well been the case here. We were still very satisfied with the one we found.

We were asked if we needed help to find anything, we said we were looking around and would let them know when we were ready for assistance. No one repeatedly bothered us and let us look until we were ready. Big thumbs up with us!

I was very happy with the service I received from Cathy at the ceramic tile desk. The associate was available right away and was very helpful, showing me the materials I need and how to install them, for a leak proof bathroom shower project. The material was not in the store, but Cathy ordered them and had them sent to my home, at no shipping costs. I thought it was very nice of Cathy to volunteer to help me when I start the project, by phone or by coming into the store with questions.

Service desk was first rate in resolving my issue.

I'm a female senior citizen (73yrs old) and do some home repairs periodically myself. The staff are always helpful and go out of their way to show me the correct way to accomplish a task (installing a new mailbox) and on this occasion gave me, gratis, the small piece of wood needed to complete the installation. I really enjoy shopping in Home Depot.

I had an exceptional experience at the Jackson Home Depot on Wisner Road. I interacted with three separate associates and each one was outstanding. One saw that I had a cart with three empty 5-gal water bottles, and immediately found out I wanted three full bottles, passed the information to another associate who fetched the bottles. A nearby cashier immediately began ringing up my transaction. By the time I was finishied, the first associate had my bottles ready and headed for the door without my asking, and loaded them in my car. I don't think I was there five minutes! I love this store, and the people I interacted with were exceptionally cheery. What a great experience!!

went in the store for some heat shrink tubing to fix the wiring on my car there was plenty in stock all the associates greeted me asking if i needed any assistance even though i go there a few times a week/month nd memorized the layout of the store.

I called for water heater and installation, was given a price and told to call a 800 number, which I did and got some company who was not to friendly and gave me a outrageous price way over what the store salesman told me. I told the guy that and he said he would send someone out to look at it and quote me a price and was extremely rude. A woman called and said the plumber was on his way and told me the name of an outside company. He never arrived, instead some man drove up in a rent a truck with no I.D. and told me he was a sub for his friend who was the plumber and had no I.D to show.. I hesitated to let him in, but finally did he took one look at my water heater never touched it and told me the same outrageous price the other man at the 800 number did..I told him NO THANKS I got a price from Sears at a much lower price and he did not believe me so I showed him the quote. He called his branch and left. I called the store to talk to the manager of plumbing at Home depot to complaint and he said he could do nothing about it. SO I just hung up and hired someone else.
