Seriously not being able to park under the canopy is ridiculous! I just loaded drywall in the rain! I don’t care that they will let you pull in if you ask inside! I’m not going to park, then go in and shop then go move my truck to load. The person who had this brilliant idea needs to be fired.

Everyone has been helpful and friendly which makes buying or ordering much easier. They help you through the process.

Keep buying ridgid cordless tools because I have batteries. Will they last an afternoon. Sometimes. Will they last a year of regular maintenance, almost never. Warranty is a joke. I registered all tools, then went to website, lost all info as well as customer service call. Had to buy out of pocket new hammer drill driver, that came faulty as well.

Recently it has become standard practice to allow customers to service themselves. This store actually has customer service associates to help.

I would avoid at all costs. Didn’t have one person that had any customer service skills. The person at the customer service desk hated her job as much as she hated people. The person at self check out has great yo yo skills but has no idea how to address customers without just giving them horrible glances. Honestly I would suggest going to any other Home Depot but this one!

I ve tried a few times to have a lumber order pulled for me. But usually half the order is crap. Doesnt anyone know how to choose wood? I realize it s home depot and they don't have the best lumber but it saves time for me on large orders or it should. It s really not worth it if I have to return 30% of the order.

Alysia is very knowledgeable and helpful. Also Alice helped me out together a big order for window treatments.

I wanted to purchase a refrigerator but needed to make sure it was in stock. The lady on the phone helped me tremendously and went above and beyond. I don’t remember her name but I purchased a Visa 10 ft.³ refrigerator and she was a tremendous help! She had the refrigerator upfront and ready for me for pick up.

Excellent service from staff

While this store did have what I wanted, trying to get information and direction from the employees was next to impossible. One young man actually kept turning his back on me because he could tell I had a question. I finally interrupted someone at the service desk as she was chatting with her fellow employee and not even acknowledging I was there. She just pointed me in the right direction and that was when I ran into the young man who was ignoring me and turning his back on me. I continued on down and found an older gentleman that work there who was more than happy to help me. However, the youngster that cashed me out barely acknowledged I was in line, and not wants to say oh would you like help with this AC ma'am? A nice man in the parking lot helped me load it. Their HR department needs to do a better job of training their young employees because they know nothing about customer service.

Memorial Day ad offered mulch 4 for 10. Add included a hidden special price end date that was not in line with the rest of the ad. Did not offer to price match. Managers reply to my frustration was to apologize for not being able to help me on that trip. Very misleading marketing.

We started the process of remodeling our kitchen. The person helping us is Patty Fitzgerald. What a wonderful person she is. She's very knowledgeable and personable, and she makes it very easy to work with her.

The store mgr and two staffers helped me in one way or another from entrance of store to conclusion. They could not have been more friendly/ helpful and we were extremely pleased !

I typically shop at Home Depot on a frequent basis. I had a very disappointing experience on Black Friday. My main purpose for going there that morning was to purchase a DeWalt battery set that was on sale. Upon arriving, I asked the first associate that I encountered where I could find them. He said we never received them and unfortunately, there’s nothing that we can do about it. I know it’s a busy day, but I got there as soon as the sale started. I understand things happen, but he could’ve been at least a little more compassionate about it or friendly.

The Jamestown Home Depot is full of wonderful employees. They are so helpful with every project I’ve done. Patty in kitchen design is amazing to work with and she is so creative.
