Very helpful and friendly!

Great costumer service from the time I entered. Was told exactly where the item was I was looking for. As I was looking another employee helped me find it. Was in and out within 5 minutes! Everything was neat and clean.

Love home depot now that i own a home

I am always happy at the store and I am also always happy with your employees. Today's employee Chris Kunkle was extremely nice and very helpful!

The staff here were very pleasant and accommodating from start to end! We needed assistance and were given it all the way up to us checking out and leaving the store.

Friendly staff, well organized

Staff was friendly, shelves were stocked and organized, everything was good except that the concrete building probably caused my phone to lose any signal for about 20 minutes after I left the store.

The employees are always helpful. I can find what I need to purchase. Products are in good display. Store is normally neat.

I am a big gardener and Home Depots garden center always has what I am looking for. I needed a few bags of a particular soil that I couldn't find, but after getting with an associate, he took me directly to the soil I needed and didn't just leave me to look aimlessly by myself

This location usually stocks what I need and they are always there to assist you for what you need.

These guys are great! They generally know what they are doing, or find some one who does. Any store can do that, but this one is just especially packed with really nice people.

I love home depot and am glad to have a store so close to home. I just wish I had more money to spend there. I go there often and see many things I would love to buy in many departments I have a big wish list.

Scads of merchandise simply not available elsewhere. I always use their website to pre-locate the aisle and bin locations of the items I need (avoids wandering about.) Checkout workers (especially cashier Connie) very pleasant. In and out quickly - and back to more "doing"!

The store is always clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. My boyfriend and I are renovating our house, and we have been able to find everything we need at the Jamestown Location. Prices are fair, and return policy is really good...especially when we buy extras for just in case situations.

We did some home improvement projects this summer and spent a lot of time at the Home Depot. Everyone was very helpful and we were always able to find what we needed. We purchased a new washer and dryer and the employee in the appliance section named Jamie was particularly helpful. We never felt rushed when asking him questions and he gave us honest answers about products. We truly appreciated his help and are very satisfied with our purchase.
