They always have what I need

I just went through a house fire in which i have been out of my home now for 6 months and hopefully will be back in the next 2 mths. It was time to go with the contractor to pick out flooring, carpet, cabinets, appliances etc. etc. We spent the majority of our time there with an employee named “Mary” she was AHH-MAAAZ-N. So knowledgeable of the cabinets we were needing to have put together. We are redesigning the kitchen totally as that’s where the fire started and she knew how to speak with my contractor about widths, and lengths and all that construction talk and i was so impressed with her knowledge, kindness, patience, and again the knowledge she had was incredible and this made the whole experience go with ease. I have been a nervous wreck since the fire and anything like this has made me more nervous but she worked with me and my contractor so well it was like i said, “totally at ease.” I love our Home Depot in Jasper, AL. We are always greeted with a smile and assistance is never waited on, at request they appear quickly. I will always use our Home Depot and have told everyone about Mary! Store is always clean and tidy. Ppl in jasper store are always willing to help and give advice on products and projects when asked for help.

Poor customer service. Always low or out of inventory for needed items. No pride or concern for customers. I shop at Jasper HD only because I have to. I’m limited to building supplies in my area. This store has serious issues.

Every time I go in to this store for something I am always treated great by most of the employees. Now there are some that work harder at getting out of work then doing the work. I noticed. But the ones I deal with are great. And if I can't find what I'm looking for I can go to the pro desk and they will look it app on the computer and order it for me or help me order it.

Best customer service around, these guys worked together, were efficient, actually engaged in a pleasant conversation and did it all with a SMILE. Thank you.

I drove a total of 3 hours and 20 minutes after placing an online order for same day pick up, only to be told, upon my arrival, tha my order had been canceled due to the product not being available. I went to look for it, as I had just drove 1 hour and 40 minutes and guess what, I found a total of 7 - 7500 watt shop heaters. So, I did purchase it, as my shop is so cold, and I asked an employee how this could happen. Long story short, someone was lazy and canceled my order. Now I have $200 tie up and waiting to be deposited back into my account because of absolute laziness!!!!

I have always loaded my own material unless I was getting an abundance of materials at one time. The reason most people do not get help is because of the shortage of emplyees. I have always good experiences at Home Depot in Jasper, Al. I would recommend this store over and above most Home Depot’s that I have been too.

Appreciate having a HD in our town and the service provider by its staff. Almost never disappointed from not completing my shopping list.

Heavens forbid if you need an appliance delivered. The delivery agent just does not care. I would not buy anything there at Home Depot that requires home delivery.

Service was terrible. Had a washer loaded and it flew out of truck right after I left. $500 down the drain and nothing but a brand new destroyed washer

I was in the store to pick up a few things. I spotted a glider with no price tag Jillian from customer service quickly called for help and LJ was there within seconds! It was on sale to make it even better so I bought it! Jillian helped through the entire process due to the glider not fitting in my vehicle!

We always shop here over anywhere else! Pro desk is wonderful and like friends since we are in there so much.

Waited over 30 minutes in the Paint Dept. for assistance. We had driven 25 miles to purchase a gallon of paint. Need for assistance was announced 3 times thru the intercom system before an employee finally showed up. No apology or explanation was given for the delay.

The service at the Jasper Home Depot was excellent. People were happy and greeted me as such, they were helpful and knowledgeable about the store and the products they sold. The lady in bathroom and kitchen supplies was amazing they helped me load my truck without being asked just because they witnessed me loading it myself. Thank you Home Depot.

I'm pleased with service at Jasper Home Depot.

Was just looking at a microwave hood range. Basically getting ideas. Mimi was extremely helpful and showed us one on sale. Ended up finding another one that was on sale and she talked to my husband about second one.
