Very friendly service

I was wanting to buy a washing machine and the worker named Richard Stephens helped me with a smiling and friendly attitude. I would recommend people to shop the store in Jasper.

I like shopping at it but they do not give a veteran discount as you advertise you do

Store has great quality products. I shop at H.D. a lot. I would appreciate assistance when loading heavy purchases. None is ever offered

Don't just get on line to check availability, call also to check they have unit wanted.I was going to get one that was sold out. Having the last mower for only 3 years from home depot. It kept breaking deck brackets, and hydrostatic from day one would hang up in gears . Started mowing half way thru broke so had to get new one.

Employees are willing to help you. They will go over and above any other home improvements store in the Jasper area. Everyone I ask a question to find the answer or take me to the one that can help. They don’t look over me just because I’ma woman.

They have been very helpful, we have been using this store quite a bit these past few months restoring our home. This last visit they went above and beyond in helping me to be able to buy the last vanity they had on display that was on sell. Brittany was very helpful.

If you need electric supplies, hunt down Larry. The man is a treasure of knowledge in that store. If you need help with an appliance, find Donna and get ready for the happiest appliance purchase process you're going to find in Walker county.

Shopping here was nothing short of frustrating. There were no lumber carts because they were filled with stuff that had been returned or pulled for orders, and in the parking lot. It took about 30 min to checkout. They need more employees.
