Deceived about inventory
I called ahead to confirm a hard to find item was in stock. Was told it was and that several would be in customer service with my name for pick up. When I arrived, everyone denied having spoken to me and the item was not even in stock. I had traveled a good distance specifically there for that necessary item for my child’s safety. I confirmed this was the correct location. Had the employees been apologetic or kind about this, or attempted to help with some type of solution, that would be one thing. They were not.

WANT TRAINING AS A CASHIER?
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY EXCEPT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THE TRAINING AS YOU CHECK OUT IN THIS PLACE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF CHECK OUT AISLES WITH NO CASHIERS. TODAY IT WAS ONLY 8 FOLKS AHEAD OF ME IN SELF CHECK OUT. WHAT A TRAIN WRECK AND GETTING WORSE WITH EACH PASSING DAY.

Nice compliment
We normally shop the Home Depot closer to us in another town but we were in this town at the time and had to buy something. The cashier automatically gave my husband a military discount without us having to ask and that really impressed us.
