Very nice employees. They give directions to the place to go in the store. When ask questions, they check and find answers.

Worse customer service Ever!!Randy Haynie needs to learn and teach product knowledge and Excellent Customer Service!! I went to buy paint and while I waited. 25 minutes I had help other customer due to fact associate don't have product knowledge. It's a shame 0810 has went to poop!! I would be ashamed if I worked for a company that is so full of it with customer service!! Way to go Jasper 0810 you're just getting By

The staff is so friendly and helpful! I have been is sales my entire life, so you only get 1 chance to make a 1st impression. I would put my home store staff up against any competitor! I go to the store approximately 2 to 3 times a month!

Love my Jasper Home Depot store and staff! The store is always clean and well organized. Stocked at all times. If the store runs short on stock, they never hesitate to order what you need and will personally call you when it arrives in store. The staff always greets everyone with a smile and makes sure your needs are met. Jasper Home Depot is always my first choice when it comes to my home project needs.

Clean-helpful-quick.

The store is great as far as what they have in stock. Their staff sucks. Don’t go if you expect to need help with carrying or loading anything other than lumber. We carried a 11ft area rug and were not once offered assistance and were ignored by the employee that we spotted in the department.

My Shopping experience at Home depot was wonderful. I was able to get assistance if needed. The store was clean and all the associates were very friendly and helpful.

This is the store I visit more than other Home Depot locations. They are a well stocked store with helpful employees. I love visiting this location.

I'm in Retail myself had a pretty bad issue with a homedepot.com order so I called the Jasper store spoke with a very nice lady not to say names but she was a assistant store manager this nice lady went out of her way to fix my issue and help me get my daughter's Refrigerator reordered and finally set up for delivery that was suppose to of been a Christmas gift. The homedepot.com people may never hear from me again they were very rude and un helpful, I will use the jasper store for now on. This assistant manager worked very hard calling me back and forth till she got what I needed and all because she cared , I can see why Home Depot has her as a manger. I have been in this store a lot lately and the floor staff is so helpful and when you check out you don't want to leave the check out clerks are so nice. Hats off to the great staff at Jasper store and Thank You Lady B assistant manager

Home Depot could do a better job of being customer friendly. Most but not all of the employees don't speak when you meet them in the store. They act like they are afraid you might ask for some help.

We love Donna and Lisa at the Pro desk. They are always so friendly and helpful. We appreciate all their help when my husband and I were building our house. They are both top notch!

All product are easy to find and assistance is available if needed. Store associates are always helpful and friendly. The store is always organized and clean. Customer service design the cabinet for our home and did an execellent job.
