I always feel better shopping at this store, it's the cleanest of the bunch as far as I am concerned. The employees are all great, but the store suffers from the same problem as all the rest, the lousy inventory control. I have gone here when the inventory says to, in order to find what I need, and been disappointed (just like the other stores). In one case I needed 90 end points, Cat-5 and 6 Jacks and double gang wall mounted blocks for a project and went to 4 stores and none had the necessary inventory in which I needed to complete the project. I did buy what I finally needed but the pain and waste of time makes me look to other sources. And yes, the employees helped me at each store to no avail. Also disappointing you are pulling IT parts out of some stores.The simple stuff like patch cords are necessary for homeowners as well as contractors.

For as big and as hectic as things are there, everyone has time for me, knows where everything is and walks me right to what I ask d about. It isn't just one or two. every employee Is like this and that means management no training are emphasizing it. I like going there and that says a lot because I hate bog stores

your cashier Marie is the worst. I asked for help in getting a price and she said "are you kidding me?" and told me to get it. She then told me to go to another register OUTSIDE, it was 20 degrees out! Plus customer service was already aware of her rude lazy behavior. The most ridiculous encounter I've ever had a Home Depot.

I was very glad to get assistance from Frank in Electrical. I needed to replace the light socket assembly in a 60+ year old ceramic christmas tree. Frank very patiently and kindly explained how to put everything together...and took my 'round thingy' and 'which wire goes where?' questions in stride, with humor. I appreciate his help immensely, and the fact that I'm not very 'handy' with anything electrical make the fact that I actually FIXED IT pretty amazing...extend my thanks to Frank again and give him a raise, please... :)

Generous with their time, patient with clearly "civilian" questions, I am very happy with my buying experience, and will continue to buy my stuff from the Good People at Home Depot...

I was going to return the led light bulb. but i dropped it just after i got in the store. i asked the guy to clean and the favor to return even though the bulb was broken. He accepted my asking..... i really felt good that moment.... Thanked for his manner (Cashier Marlon)

I had an issue with some previously purchased merchandise and Eric at the customer service desk went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of and left the store satisfied. It was refreshing to see an employee take time out to address my issues right there on the spot and to ensure Home Depot didn't lose a pretty regular customer to a competitor.

Raphael was very helpful, professional, and courteous. I work for a not-for-profit and he was able to find my organization without making it seem like a hassle. That doesn't always happen when I shop in other (not Home Depot) locations.

Big, Clean, lot of associates, helpful, the person specially we dealt with has real experience about the product and home depot.

Looking for the items I needed was easy as the aisles were well marked. Checkout was super easy and fast using self checkout.

This was one off the best shopping experiences I've ever had in a home improvement store. All were helpful as can be, place was super clean, and they had everything I needed ... and check-out was quick n easy too.

Clean...and when i asked the staff member a question in regards to product and whereabouts, they answered quickly and without hesitation. I will return to this location.

The staff in the store were incredibly helpful and knowledgable. At every step my needs were met with smiles and expert advice. Its my first time managing a renovation project in my home and it can be daunting but I came out of the store feeling 100% more confident than when I entered.

The store had everything I was looking for and more! Jeanneth saved me money by telling me about the Home Depot card. I never knew about it. She is lovely and passionate about her job.

This store is in a prime spot and always has plenty of staff if I need assistance. This store is super crowded and very busy.

I was comparing the cost of electric grills, but mostly looking to purchase annuals. I was able to find all the items I was looking for and found Margaret, my cashier, to be most helpful and upbeat!

The Customer Service attendant was extremely helpful to me when I wanted to transfer a purchase from my credit card to my Home Depot Store Credit card. She enabled me to complete the transaction without having to scan the 6 bags of heavy topsoil that were already in my trunk. I very much appreciate the helpfulness and service. Home Depot people are the best!
