Visited the store to shop for appliances on Black Friday. It was a very good experience and excellent customer service. Ordered 4 appliances and enjoyed multiple appliances discount too. I would drfinately recommend this store.

Staffs are generally nice and helpful. but you need more hands. I have to look for one and wait for quite a while. some of them low or no stocks.

The associates at the service desk were friendly and quick.

The Home Depot App is excellent when in the store. Makes shopping for gadgets and sundry items, especially for the do-it-yourselfer, a breeze

I had a nice experience once again at the HD Jericho location. The returns associate, Kaitlyn, was patience as I had multiple online returns/in-store returns. She was helpful and Alex (Girl) was nice to show me options and recommendations for patio string light hooks and AC wall covers. They both should be recognized for their helpfulness and willingness to take the time to help customers out. Alex went out of her way to grab the items for me and didn't hesitate to answer questions. Well done!

The store is clean, well stocked and staff is knowledgeable and professional. They don't hesitate to help you and answer questions. And you always can find a helpful staff member to assist you.

Need more stock we don't wait for one month

An associate paged someone to assist me in a certain isle but nobody showed up to help me. I eventually found what I was looking for on my own.

Kudos to Alex(hardware) and Steve(returns) for making my shopping experience successful. Two jems among many that made my life easy!!!!

Filthy. Unorganized. Impossible to find and procure help from employees. Always low on stock, not just during covid. Pro contractor for 25+ years. Avoid this place like the plague.

Employee accused me of stealing at the register... when receipt proved her wrong, she refused to apologize and called me rude! Will never come back to this store will rather drive 20 minutes and go to Lowe’s!

The Jericho store was clean and neatly appointed and also carried an impressive amount of inventory. The employees that I spoke with were all friendly and willing to help me in my quest for my purchases. I would definitely shop here again even though it’s a long way from my hole and there are many other Home Depot closer. I enjoyed my shopping experience Thank you Home Depot for great service

I am always impress with the neatness of the store. I find everything I need and/or I ask for guidance and I always find someone to help me.

The staff was rude and very unhelpful. There is no signage to indicate a difference between two lines to enter the store so after waiting on one line for 20 minutes or so I was told I would need to wait on the “returns line” in a very rude way. That is an unacceptable answer when there were no signs or team members directing patrons fo the “designated” lines. When I told customer service about this issue and suggested they post staff members at the end of each line to stop this confusion as I saw it happen to a number of other patrons aside from myself the staff member just shrugged it off like there was no issue.

I go to about 3 different Home Depot stores on a fairly regular basis and the Jericho store is my favorite. It's conveniently situated for easy access and the store is always clean and well organized. Also, the store clerks are helpful and courteous.

John from D96 is a great lot associate. He voluntarily offered me help when he saw me with the stuff I bought. I definitely will be back there to shop again because of him.

Store is conveniently located on main thoroughfare-Jericho Trpk. Parking is adequate, however I generally park away from the entrance, as there are periodically nails "here and there' in the parking area. The store is full of variety, well stocked, and exactly located as listed online (i.e., in a particular Aisle or Bay). Checkout is a breeze, and easy to navigate. In short, its a pretty good shopping experience.
