During the course of the year i have been to 7 Home depots and Jericho, and hands down this is a jewel. Clean and everyone knows what there doing. Great management. Elmont on the other hand need a lot of work. Thank you.Snowball

good staff, clean friendly staff personal at pro-desk helpful

After many years of patronizing Home Depot in Jericho, I 'm happy to say that the associates have reached new heights in customer service. Everyone says hello and its always like meeting old friends who ask about how my projects went. Its a pleasure to bourse the isles to see what's new. Its my candy store.

PLACE WAS CLEAN AND THEY TOOK GOOD CARE OF ME HELPED ME FIND WHAT I NEEDED

The store was clean. Howver, i got the run around trying to find a syphon. Plumbing told me to go to garden and garden told me to go to tools. Overall experience was good due to the fact that the associates were cheerful and ready to help.

Staff is nice good to work with the personal in the pro desk ,the electric dept and the dept that I need help that day with.

I love this store and I love your staff, and I also love your return policy. It's never a hassle or no questions they just take anything back. In the Hempstead store I felt scared to return stuff because it's like an interrogation. Jericho is awesome and all my friends shop at your store. Keep up the good work.

Coincidentally and once again Alicia was available to help me choose a new kitchen sink and drain after I installed a new kitchen faucet that she helped us pick out 2 days prior. Her personal assistance, knowledge and patience made my visit most pleasurable.

After installing a new kitchen faucet with the help of Alicia earlier in the day I discovered that the steel drain pipes were badly corroded. The male sales associate (I forgot his name, but had blonde hair) gave me all the right parts to replace the corroded pipes with plastic. His knowledge, along with Alicia's expertise and overall GREAT attitude is what keeps me coming back to the Jericho Home Depot.

Alicia was eager to help us pick out a new kitchen faucet. I was very impressed with her friendliness, knowledge and overall great attitude. She is truly a GREAT asset to the Jericho Home Depot.

My wife and travel 40 minutes just because we like this store far better than most other stores that are closer to our home.

The associate was very helpful and even removed the broken bulb from my light fixture!

I went to this store for some basic electrical supplies. There were no 15 amp receptacles packaged individually, or single gang switch plates or a specific Lutron dimmer that I wanted (The HD App said they had 7 of the dimmers in stock). When an associate approached me and the other frustrated shoppers who couldn't find what they were looking for, I asked if he could stock the shelves. He responded "That would be nice if I could get some product".

We needed a new bathroom sink faucet. Home Depot Associate Nathan was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us choose a faucet and then even checked us out. We were in and out of the store quickly. Thank you Nathan.

had to make a quick stop during my lunch break to get storm prep materials. Found everything and was in & out in time to get back to work.

I was very happy with my visit. I found all the tools right away and was able greeted by the cashier right away.

I always enjoy frequenting Home Depot stores even when I am not looking for anything inparticular. I usually walk out with a purchase under these circumstances because the store carries such good and practical products. What strikes me most about Home Depot are all of the sales associates. They are very outgoing, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Look forward to my weekend trips to Home Depot. Keep up the good work!

Very convenient.....associates are always super nice & helpful.....prices are pretty good.....BUT, not great some garden ctrs are 25% less!!

The associate Blanca at the return desk was OUTSTANDING! Her willingness to help me was second to none. She was professional, efficient and assisted me when another store had pushed me over to the Jericho store. Blanca is a great asset at this store and I would personally shop there because of how she went above and beyond to assist me. I would hire her to come work for me!

I find the store was clean and orderly. However more user friendly systems needs to be positioned for checking availability and the right material.

Ordering new kitchen counters at this store was much easier than I expected and I was able to find very attractive granite counters on sale, at better prices than I expected.

The associate who helped me purchase my entry doors and storm doors was not only knowledgeable but extremely helpful. She knew exactly what I needed for the orders and helped me choose locks. She went to the paint department to get me all the information I needed to choose the stain and finish I will need once the doors are installed. I found everyone in the Jericho store to be pleasant and helpful. It's not my local Home Depot but it was worth the drive to shop there.
