We were looking for tile to do a bathroom vanity backsplash. I found two different options on sale that we could use. The one we preferred only had one square foot and the other one had a whole box so we purchased enough to do our backsplash plus a couple extra. It looks great and was on sale at $2.70 a square foot

We did not have a good experience at the Kingsport Home Depot, but we had great luck at the Johnson city store. A lady named Korky helped us so much, and was very educated on flooring. So we spent 1800 dollars, and plan to spend more in time. We love Home Depot.

Had an excellent experience at this location. The associates were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. No one rushed me, and they took the time to explain options and walk me to what I needed instead of just pointing. You can tell the team takes pride in their work and in helping customers succeed with their projects. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service went above and beyond what you usually expect. Highly recommend this Home Depot if you’re in the area — five stars without question.

You have such neat, clean, organized displays. It's easy to find what you were looking for along with other options you offer. The aisles and displays are easy to understand. Helps you find things plus it shows you other items in that field you might also like to have. Thank you for caring about your customers. Your staff is helpful and knowledgable.

Was offered help in the garden center to load my cart and into my car.

We've had a problem with an animal defecating on deck I was looking for some form of animal repellant. The young lady at self check-out told me the aisle to find it & offered to send someone to help me

I needed a quick connect for my water hose. I went to plumbing. I didn't see it. I asked a young lady about the piece. She immediately summoned a young man who knew exactly what I needed. He walked me to Lawn and Garden and picked it up and explained how it worked. Very nice. I wish I had gotten his name along with the sweet young lady.

Shopped this store since its opening. Especially impressed with Kimberly in kitchen cabinets and Corky in flooring. Jesse the Milwaukee rep deserves kudos as well

Tried to buy a new dryer waited over a half hour to get help. Associate was busy helping people who came in department after me. Guess he didn’t realize someone waiting at his desk was just watching him work

Stopped in to purchase a new water hose. Found a variety of choices, picked one we believe met our needs. Proceeded to the register to pay where unfortunately discovered only self-checkout registers. Seeing as I'm not receiving an employee discount I'm not a fan. Why not allow the employees who are paid to do a job also run the registers? Or offer a discount to the customer for checking themselves out.

Makes my ladder much safer and keeps ladder away from the gutter. Much more stable! Thanks HD

Used to be great, had good quality people, knowledgeable about the products, etc. Wanted to help......not anymore. If you don't know what you need for whatever, forget going here. They either don't know or act it, don't care, and are LAZY!

Walked in knowing exactly what i wanted but was not greeted. Walked right by customer service and the guy working back there made no acknowledgement of me or any other customer walking by. Only self check out lines open, while 3 Home Depot employees stood behind our backs and watched us check out. What a joke...didnt see anyone actually working.

We always find strong customer care and assistance at this store, always glad to help,offer assistance, thanks for shopping there, etc. One lady helped us in the lawn/garden section and she came over from tools to help. Overall a great store and great brand! Keep up the good work and customer service!

Open registers!! I had four store employees standing around with their hands in their pockets, no registers open, so I had to do their job for them and check out while they watched!!

Science moving back to Johnson City, Tn. I have bought a microwave oven, washing machine, refrigerator and tile for a kitchen backsplash. Every time I am greeted or when I ask an employee a question or for help I have never been disappointed . Home Depot employees always help find what you need and if their not sure will ask another employee to make sure you get what you are looking for. I have always had a good shopping experience with Johnson City TN home depot.

Home Depot in Johnson City TN is so good to greet you as you walk in the door and direct you to the right place. Richie in the Pro Dep. and John in Appliances were both very helpful, demonstrating the great teamwork in this store.

Good store. There are three Home Depot stores in the area and almost always use this one.

I bought a wardrobe and armoir and didn't know the items would be shipped in 3 different shipments. I picked up 2 cases, got home and received a call that I had 3 more boxes. I returned to the store and customer service immediately offered me a discount. The next day I learned I had another shipment. The service manager and store manager brought me the shipment. I wish all stores treated their customers like this Home Depot. This is the store for all my future purchases.

I purchased deck blocks, they were in such bad shape when I drove around to load that I got a refund. I suggest if you are making a purchase that is outside, go look at the product first.

The Johnson City Home Depot is always so helpful! I recently went in to purchase a mini fridge and the associate in the department was very knowledgeable and helpful. As I was checking out in the self check out line, the associate was very patient and helpful to me as I was trying to log into the Home Depot app for my Pro perks even though I was backing up the line…Thank you!
