This store has happy and helpful employees. Easy to shop or get assistance. Clean and good music.

Paint dept is awful always check the color outside if you are using the paint on the exterior.Always remember you can never return the paint!!!!! and you will not get help changing the color if it isn't right even if they scan it and mix it.

They have everything you need and plenty of it.

We had already done the research and knew which dryer we wanted to purchase. We were immediately approached and asked if we needed assistance. We told the salesperson what we wanted and he quickly and efficiently took care of ordering the item for us. He was friendly and knowledgable about the products and delivery process. He made our trip to this store a very pleasant experience. The store is always clean and well stocked.

Excellent customer service and products.

This is NOT a store issue, this is a Corporate Issue. There was clearly not enough help in the Garden Department and Corporate and only corporate can address this issue. Having worked my way through college in a nursery we had 6-7 employees during the weekdays in the Spring. You had 3 including the cashier. It's SPRING!!!! This is absolutely INSANE and the quickest way to turn off a customer. Thirty minutes is way to long to wait to have pine needles delivered from the trailer. The only thing I can say is Corporate needs to listen to the managers when it comes to staffing. They are the ones on the ground and see what is happening and give them the ability to call other employees in fill spots.

Doesn't customer service mean "to serve, to help, to assist." Maybe even add a smile once in a while.

One thing I notice here is the assistants seem to really care about helping and their suggestions are really helpful.

Great store, employees were friendly, I needed help in the plumbing area and Lisa fixed me right up. Store is clean and looks great.

Plants are taken care of very well. Would suggest to get indoor and outdoor plants here

We had our new HVAC units installed by Cooks Comfort Systems through The Home Depot. The entire crew did an outstanding job from start to finish. They give me an estimated start and finish time and they stuck to it. They showed up on time for the project and were very respectful, friendly and professional. They took care of everything for us and did not leave a mess or destruction when finished. To anyone viewing this, I would highly recommend Cooks Comfort Systems and The Home Depot for your HVAC needs. Thank you to all involved!

Store was nice, typical retail experience... they did have the item ready we had paid for the day before on line. I was greeted and waited on right away. I did seek out help with some quotes I need for a project our company is working on and I’ve not been contacted with that information yet, and the gentleman I spoke to was very busy so I m hoping they do complete the quotes and contact me soon... no real complaints The 2 Store associates I did speak with where friendly and helpful...

Employees were helpful in finding our patio cabinet and getting the cardboard case taped so it wouldn't get wet on the drive home.

While not one of the mega-stores found in larger cities, this Home Depot has helpful and friendly employees who look for YOU rather than you having to search for them. There is an abundance of necessary items to choose from and plenty of help to guide you in all kinds of decisions. Check out this location; you won't be sorry!

Home Depot is under new management and they are doing a great job. Customer service is outstanding! We found exactly what we were looking for and had all our questions answered. Pricing is very competitive and in many cases more favorable than competitors. The store is clean, well organized, easy to navigate and centrally located. Great product selection. Highly recommend Home Depot in Johnson City.
