I have been shopping the Johnston store since it opened. At first it was a smaller store and I was referred to the Route 44 store for out of stock items. The store has grown and that happen much less frequently. The employees are very helpful, and some are now long time employees who know the store well. Don't know what I would do without Home Depot Johnston!

I appreciated the cashier Alice and her polite manners

The store has a great stock of items and great service but the key making machine doe not make good keys.

I am retired and donate my time at a Johnston horse sable for abandoned and neglected horses. These horses would die a horrible death if it wasn't for this farm. Two moths ago I ask for a donation in writing for 12 4x4 pt posts and 13 bags of concrete to make a 90 foot corral for these horses. With in a week the manager approved this request. It was very generous of the Johnston Home Depot. Twin Willows Staples is very close to your location. This Home Depot is part of our community.

Employees are always pleasant and helpful and this store is always neat and orderly

the men in the paint section including the paint sales manage are very unprofessional and when I ask a paint question about a swatch I got one answer telling me they are not interior decorators. the paint manager told me when I asked if he could check the computer to tell me what color tones are in a paint I choose told me they have thousands of swatches take them home and put next to wall. I have been buying samples 2 to 3 times a week and tones are much darker when I paint hem. them he said I am with this women who is a business and cant help me. I went to manager of store to complain about how rude I was treated more than once by these two men in paint section.

This store is a great workplace for me as an associate but also as a customer we make sure that when you come to the Johnston Home Depot we do everything we possibly can to help you and keep your project rolling!

great store helpful cashier- she helped me open a new credit card and explained the zero interest promotions. Also explained to me that I should consider the pro card for future. thank you

Great Staff- Nice clean organized store. I posted that I would most likely not return to this store but that is only because we live in another part of the country.

Extremely knowledgeable staff! Know where the products are and can tell you what to use of you are not sure of what you are doing. Very friendly, professional and helpful . Great location. Well organized store!

Brandon in the door dept was very helpful and courteous.I have been doing quite a bit of shopping at HD and he always acknowledges me and helps me find the items that I need.I enjoy shopping there, especially when Associates like Brandon are there.(I am a 66 year old widow who appreciates the service I get)

The employees at this store were nothing compare to the ones at the store near my house in providence I think I will make this home depot store my favorite now just because the way they treated me and how nice and clean the store is.

I have been going to this store since it opened, and I have to say that it is the best Home Depot. I used to frequent the Smithfield store more, but this store has very helpful associates who are professional and courteous to the customers. I highly recommend this store.

Clean, good amount of stock and all the employees go out of their way to help you, even the manager broke free from what he was doing to notify us my infant dropped something and offered his assistance in finding anything we still needed.

All of the employees in this store were extremely accommodating.Sorry that I did not get their names.Next time.I Love Home Depot!!!!!!

Store is always clean, exceptional staff. Always helpful and willing to go out of their way to help with anything needed. Customer service is second to none and exceeds all expectations.

The best place for all your home needs! My grown children now do all there shopping for home repairs, new appliances and light fixtures at Home Depot. Very pleasant employees. Have never had a bad experience.

Treated like just a number and nothing else... not going into detail

I flip houses and condos for many years now. very knowledgeable people here. If I had many questions for many products, they sought out folks for me, and then made sure that I was completely satisfied with the purchase or had gotten any and all the info that was needed. great store. They understand the meaning of fast but accurate.
