I'm never disappointed shopping here! Most times I'm in a rush when needing to visit a home improvement store. The Home Depot always has stocked products and plenty of readily available associates to help me when I need it!

Store was organized & staff clean and staff friendly

Never disappointed with Home Depot. Product availability, excellent. Knowledgeable associates readily available. Utilized Home Depot for 20+ years. Visited a couple competitors and they never seem to measure up. I recommend Home Depot to anyone with any type of home improvement need.

I had a weekend garden project to do and found everything I needed with the help of the friendliest employees in a Home Depot.

This Home Depot has proven time and again they appreciate and care about their customers, I have never had a bad experience in this store and every employee offers assistance. They are not over baring, but offer assistance.

The staff is very friendly and eager to help. The sales assoc that I dealt with was Nandi & he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. HE took me to each department that I needed to shop in and took me to the exact aisle I needed to shop in.

It seems to me that whenever I become hesitent or appear puzzled in that store, an associate is there asking if I need help or saying can I help.

The store looks very inviting when you walk in, Clean and neat.

From the moment I entered the Store, I was greeted by a very capable and competent Employee asking if I required assistance. As I did need some direction on where the item was located and identifying the item from commercials, the Employee knew the commercial and quickly directed me to the item. Additionally, he also provided input on the item.

I called to see if they had particular tile in stock. I was told they did not but given the name of two nearby stores that did have it in stock. Right after I hung up I received a call back saying that he was sorry, they did have it in stock and it would be in a cart waiting for me when I got to the store. I could not believe that Tommy took the time to call me back! Kudos to him.

I came in representing a local Fire Department and we were in need of a tool chest. The online price we had, had expired and that particular tool chest was no longer available. Divonte Campbell was extremely helpful and easy to work with. He was able to get us what we needed at the right price. I strongly recommend Divonte and Joliet Home Depot to anyone looking for great service.

Salesman, Ron was excellent in making sure we received the best price on our appliances. Cashier, Jose was quick and efficient in the check out process. Drivers, Anthony, Juan and Angel were outstanding and professional when delivering our appliances.

I was pleased with the availability of the products we were searching for. The aisles were well stocked and easy to follow.

When going for a small purchase, it's surprisingly simple to get in and get out, especially with the self checkout lanes.

The Joliet Home Depot Store associates are very friendly, they go out of their way to help and assist me today. I was at WILL CALL and needed assistance to load my car and the young man was already standing beside me waiting on me. The associate in the appliance dept. took the time to check stock and pricing for me. He also brought product out to me already on a flat bed. It was really nice to enter a store and feel so welcomed and not have to search for someone to help/assist me.
