When are Kids Workshops offered at my local Home Depot?
Kids Workshops take place every first Saturday of the month from 9am-noon. Registration for Kids Workshops isn't yet available, but kits are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last.
How do I check my Home Depot gift card balance?
The Home Depot gift cards are a popular choice during the Holiday season, with givers and doers that can be purchased in-store at our brick-and-mortar stores or online at homedepot.com. If you are a recipient, you can check your gift card balance online or visit your local Home Depot store and ask a cashier to check the balance for you. Our gift cards can be redeemed in-store or used to make purchases online with no additional fees.
What additional precautions is The Home Depot taking in light of COVID-19?
As part of our normal practice, our stores and other facilities are cleaned and sanitized daily. Following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we've increased the frequency of cleaning and general hygiene maintenance in stores and other locations. We've also stepped up our efforts to disinfect high-traffic and high-touch areas like self-checkout, door handles, and bathrooms, as well as posting signage about handwashing and other preventative actions.
We're promoting social distancing in our stores and distribution centers, which includes stores limiting the number of customers inside at any given time. In addition to training our associates on social distancing, we've placed distancing markers at some of our checkout counters and are making overhead announcements on our store PA systems asking customers to practice social distancing.

We deliver curbside and you can order online for convenient store pickup daily until 6 p.m. Here's how:
- Buy Online and choose the "Store Pickup" option on the product page or in your cart.
- Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email or text message letting you know that it's ready to pick up.
- Go to designated Curbside Pickup location at The Home Depot store you selected and follow the instructions received in your email or text notification for Curbside Pickup. Let us know you have arrived by selecting the link in your "Order Ready" communication. Remember to bring your identification.

Home Depot and your associates make shopping easy for the do it yourself crowd and with a 10% discount to veterans, it is the only store of it's kind I shop at, when possible. Thank you from not only a USMC Veteran, but also a retired person, for all your assistance and friendliness.

Where should we buy our hot water heater?
We came to the store to compare prices for hot water heaters. We found them on our own without any trouble. We had a coupon for 10% off or free financing for 12 months. We decided to make our purchase elsewhere, because we were able to get a better price. We did purchase some window décor for our back door. I have purchased this product before, and was very happy with it. We were able to get through the checkout process promptly, and the cashier was very friendly and brought our attention to the survey. We were very satisfied with our visit!

Having the supplies available when you need them.
I was very happy to find that you still stock replacement flush handles for a toilet that was istalled when my house was built in 1985. The bathroom was back in business in no time. Thanks.
