MY EXERIENCE WAS AWESOME

Helpful employee and the best price. Went to Menards and HH Gregg before buying at Home Depot. This is my third home purchase from Home Depot and have been happy with all.

This store is very clean. The associates were very helpful and friendly, the cashier Denise was very nice to check out with. This store has customer service down pat something that is very hard to find.

I wanted a piece of plywood but needed it cut to my specifications. Upon calling the store I spoke with Larry from the lumber dept. He told me they were able to cut plywood and when I got to the store, he was very helpful in suggesting what I needed and he cut it to the dimensions I wanted. Larry was very helpful.

The store was very professional in all areas when I went into the store I was greeted with personnel and personnel staff help me find what I was looking for I was in and out of the store within seconds the service is very good at this store and the store was very clean and well kept up in everyone at the store was very helpful and very nice

store and employees are very nice. just a mention the microwave display area needs to have signs with microwave wattages and features listed all that was there was price you had to go to another area to find out info off the box display pricing tags should have info

By far the best Home Depot I have been to! The customer service there is top notch! The help I received from Jennifer in Paint and Larry in Lumber exceeded my expectations! There is a study done that a person who had a good experience at a facility will tell ten other people....trust me, I will tell more than ten people about this specific Depot!

I had store employee Scott move through several departments and helped me with my list. Made shopping easy and efficient. He was knowledgeable and friendly and recommended things you would end up having to make a return trip for.

This was my first trip to this store because I had a project to complete in the area. I do not expect to return to this store as my project was completed with the items that were purchased today at this Home Depot Store.

Jim Cagle was very helpful completing my (4) piece kitchen appliance order. Fast and accurate service.

The workers just don't seem to care. For example, I was treated unfriendly and without respect by a particular worker. When I asked the worker to call a manager she just ignored me so I had to asked another worker to call the manager and she did. However, the manager was too busy to speak with me. I was very disappointed.

The appliance was purchased and installed within 3 days and old appliance was taken away with no problems... Love the New Washer

The store was very clean and I found the lawnmower I was looking for and the sales person was very helpful.

Was not sure what I was coming into the Joliet store for. I was greeted by an employee Scott L in the isle and asked if I needed help. He escorted me across the store to the product I needed, answered my questions, told me how best to use the product for the repairs needed even a couple tips not listed in the directions. He listened and focused on me even though he was being called on his walkie talkie. Was very happy with the customer service.

always stocked with what I need and more than helpful staff if there are any questions. Great prices and veteran discount is a big plus as well.

we purchased a new countertop and sink and new faucet. The Joliet home depot had a great price on everything we purchased. we shopped around and home depot gave us more bang for our buck. and the kitchen designer Denise Kubas was excellant. great customer service. she knew everything about countertops and the process. if your thinking about a new kitchen design, i recommend you ask for her. she also was very pleasant and very patient with us. we will be going back to this store for any future upgrades to our kitchen.

I needed a 10 inch piece of 2' x 2" and your associate cut a piece of wood out of the scrap bin and put a sticker on it. When I checked out there was no charge for it. A nice surprise.
