I only needed 1 impact socket so Husky saved my day they sell single impact sockets. So that made my trip to the store worth the drive. I was wanting milwaukee single sockets but sadly enough it doesn't look like milwaukee does that so it was disappointing. The only issue I did have was not finding any milwaukee impact sockets in single buying options like if I only need 1 size for the job i am doing so i was not able to do that which was disappointing. I did how ever buy a husky single impact socket that I did need but wish milwaukee sold the impact sockets in single form.

One of my old English Sheepdogs busted the dogs g door. Three screws broke loose from the frame. Turns out she can go through the closed door. Other hardware stores looked at the small diameter tight threaded, nylon screw and the nut with it and said “nope, don’t carry that” no looking or trying to find a suitable replacement. Home Depot, my last hope. Clinton in hardware took one look at the screw. Removed the nut. Hmmm, he seemed like he was interested in helping. Using the nut he matched the diameter and thread. No such thing in nylon but would metal work? What length? Same or different nuts? All options listed. He went through every section of the screws- stainless, zinc, whatever… and HE FOUND the length and 2 styles of nuts s we could decide what would work best. Clinton warned me these may rust over time due to not being stainless but they would definitely be stronger than the nylon. I’m happy to say that my dogs are once again able to use their door which of course makes them happy!!

Recently, after my freezer purchase, I returned for other things I needed. I had to go to 3 different departments to find help.

I have personally heard the old skinny white guy with glasses griping about customers while he is sticking shelves . He looks like he could snap

I don't usually do reviews, but I have to say this was a great experience. I don't usually shop Home Depot but now I will for sure. I like the selections , but most of all the employee's were very nice and helpful.

I'm having better luck finding better lumber at Home Depot. And having the stud length boards already cut is a time saver.

The employees are outstanding and incredible amount of merchandise! My "go-to" store for tools and projects.

Our hummingbird feeder is attracting several hummingbirds. Steven helped me locate it. Everyone was helpful in the store and checkout went smoothly.

While the medicine cabinet would have been just right for our bathroom, we didn’t notice the small health hazard warning until we got home with the cabinet.

The security cameras were in stock and easy to install. Bulb cameras are definitely the wave of home security and I look forward to the performance of my purchase. Was pleased with every aspect of availability, the personnel that assisted me up to the point of leaving the store and the cashiers friendliness and courtesy.

I ordered from the Joplin store and they delivered to the wrong address. Ordered again and they didn’t have the address, even though I gave it to them twice and the billing address has it write on it. Never had a issue with ordering from Home Depot unless it comes from the Joplin store.

Will not be ordering online after this mess up... It cost me extra money. Very bad customer service after they took my money.

I go here a lot for anything having to do with the house or the garden. It’s a great place to shop in. The employees are always very nice. I am a regular customer.

I shop here frequently and it's always a good experience with a knowledgeable, qualified, and interested sales staff/customer service staff.

I went in to buy a rear tine tiller. I asked a employee for some info on 2 different tillers and the response I got was ( I don't know) and when the manager showed up I asked the same question and got the same answer. I ended up calling my son that used to work for Home Depot in another state and he gave me more info and help than the employees and manager.

I like to use Home Depot because of the Military Discount and the fact that the selection of appliances and items like that is always very good. I went in there for a specific item, found it and the young man was very professional and we got the purchase made in short order.

Joplin Missouri Store Manager Chris expeditedly resolved a missing order and because of the respect speed, and efficiency in doing this, l will be a future customer.

Very nice selection of vinyl flooring, but I have had so many issues with ordering and picking up at this store that I will shop elsewhere!

Clean store with an awesome staff!

Last week, Electric Recliner electronics went amiss, flipping me over the head of the chair. I have long flowing hair and it was trapped under the recliner.during the flip. This chair was ordered online through Joplin Missouri. The Home Depot Joplin Missouri EMPLOYEE TENISHA WAS FAST, FRIENDLY, AS WELL AS EFFICIENT!! Her boss even called to check on me after the incident. The replacement chair was SHIPPED EXPEDITEDLY and will be here tonight or tomorrow. They were all so kind, caring, and very EASY TO DEAL WITH, in spite of this unfortunate situation that left me all bruised up. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE HOME DEPOT IN JOPLIN MISSOURI TO EVERYONE. THEY STAND BEHIND TGEIR PRODUVTS AND IT WAS A NO HASSELL REPLACEMENT. Thank you TENISHA!!

No one will help you, workers are full of quit and hiding skills. Self check out only; so why do you bother with employees? I will never shop here again, when this use to be my favorite store; must be the manager

I really enjoy going to the Joplin Home Depot. Their staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. They always answer any questions I may have. They have a very large selection of tools and materials.

The last 3 times I have been in the jolin store and need help finding something and asked a employee for help they said they would be no one ever showed up. I drive to the Pittsburg KS store now

Great experience with employees! Was promised a good delivery date. Delivery company rescheduled delivery for unknown reason 3 weeks further out. Had to cancel our order. Very unsatisfactory.

The floor staff at the store were very rude. No one offered to help me I had to search someone. When I asked for help, they clearly tried to convince me that they didn’t have it in stock went on the website. It said it was there. I went through 3 floor and finally went up to customer service and they were able to help me What should’ve taken me 10 minutes took me almost 45. It was ridiculous.

The extreme expense on outsourced delivery installation and haul away of the old heater forced us to cancel the purchase of a very good water heater. The extreme expense didn't make sense and was not affordable .

Get the app at least it will be 50 percent right on location and in stock otherwise the answer is we can order it for you .., I could do that and not have to drive the hour to the store .

My new whirlpool appliances look great in my kitchen. Good quaility.Jack
