They stand behind their commitment to service. We purchased a fridge that was damaged in delivery. They were prompt, courteous, and got a new one delivered within days. They also give a military discount on sale items as well. This is one of the little things that mean a lot.

I love this store! I walk my dogs there practically every day, and therefore I see stuff and buy it there. I very rarely will buy any home improvement type stuff elsewhere, even if the price is better. Everyone is so friendly at the Kalispell Home Depot!

I've always had good service and my questions were always answered which helped me make a wise choice.

What a wonderful attitude change towards customer service, love that the store is dog friendly, and employees are both friendly and have dog treats. I for many years would not step in Home Depot as I was terribly mistreated by previous management on a $10,000 order, blue prints lost total failure as a professional organization. Nice to have the attitude changed.

Store was clean and very convenient

Came in on Saturday, the day after Black Friday!! Spoke with Barry in Hardware/Tools and Tom in Appliances. Both were great as usual to work with and they both gave us the help we needed in the items we both bought today and are going to buy in the future.....new appliances. We really appreciate the good help here and especially these guys who have been there for many years and really know the business and the products. Thank you both.....you're great Ole Pards!!!!

Was another great day for me in the store. Spoke with Greg in Plumbing who has really forgotten more about Plumbing than most of us will ever know! He also knows a lot about general construction. He's built his own homes and remodeled them extensively over the years and just has all his eggs in one basket!!!!! I really enjoy speaking with him and picking his brain whenever I can. He is a good ole Pard! And I appreciate him and don't know what many would do if he were not there!

THIS STORE HAS THE FRIENDLIEST SALES PEOPLE, WILLING TO HELP YOU UNTIL YOU DECIDE WHAT YOU NEED/WANT. THE GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO PLEASE. GREAT PRICES FOUND IN COMPARISON SHOPPING.

I had such a positive experience that I decided to write this review which I never do. Both Tom and David (managers) made my return such an unexpected pleasant surprise. They were on point in resolving my problem with purchased drill bits breaking. They quickly found another bit and exchanged it for the defective on. I explained I had purchased others which also quickly broke. They quickly offered assistance to remedy the problem. I will definitely shop here again. Thanks Tom and Dave for being so pleasant and helpful. I hope your overseers take note of your fine qualities.

The store was very clean and I could find what I wanted very easily. The staff is very friendly and happy to assist.

We wanted to buy a new range for our kitchen and had a very difficult time with several other appliance only stores. Fortunately, we were able to speak with Tom and he was so amazing & helpful! We really appreciated talking to someone who cared.

Everyone was very helpful and courteous. The greeter told me where to look for what I wanted and offered to get me a motor cart.

I am in the store at least every other day, I have had great success in finding what I need, Jim in tools, Shawn and Julie in windows, Steve in electrical area are just a few that know what they are talking about when they show you products. Even when I have had an issue with a product, The store has always made it right. Food for thought; They will never know if you do not tell them. Patrick has been a real gem in the management team. I cant thank the flooring folks, Mike and Dan, and Kirk in Plumbing for helping me with a pallet of flooring I needed for my customer, an electrical contractor in Whitefish, whom Im working for in his rental property. Kirk always jumps in and helps his pard get things done, and I am so thankful for him and the others who consistently go out of their way to give me a hand when I need it. Jessica and Kavin round out the day at the Pro Desk and Patty at the register!!!!! A great team who believe in working together always! It has not gone unnoticed to me!!!! Thank you all.

The cashier was great..."How are you today, were you able to find everything you needed...what a beautiful day!" Most stores you are lucky to acknowledged at all! This makes the customer feel special and most definitely likely to return! I also think it is important for cashiers to count your change back, which she did...most places just dump the change back in your hand. Much appreciated!!!!!!

I had a big order to build a shop and went in after I had half of my order delivered. I had to cancel some material and order some other material. Everyone at the Pro desk was very helpful and made the process very easy.

I have visited this store about 15 times in my three years in the Flathead and in much more abundance now that I am a home owner of a "fixer upper." Every time I have visited this store, there is an associate handy to help me locate whatever I can't find, the checkout lines are short, and the store is well organized and clean.

If you need paint advise, see Amy -- she will save you time, money, and do it so pleasantly!

The Pro Desk really is the nucleus of this store during busy building times, like now. Randy, Kavin, Jessica and Jim are the reason this area is so efficient and the reason many customers seek their advice........they have a long history of giving accurate information each and every time asked! I really appreciate them and want them to know that many builders such as myself rely on them for their knowledge and expertise and without them, this store would suffer terribly! Thank you all at the Pro Desk!!!!!!

Every time I go to Home Depot here in Kalispell it is a wonderful experience. The people are friendly and helpful as well as knowledgeable about the departments they are assigned to. If they can't help you they will find someone who can. I have never had any problems returning items to the store either, getting quick and efficient service when I do.
