The store appears to be well stocked but at times it hard to find someone to assist me with questions.

Customer service is almost non existent. Trying to get someone to help in any department is difficult on the best of days. Cashiers are quick and friendly though.

The store was clean and the employees were and are always friendly and helpful. If we cannot find something, they help us.

I went into Home Depot with zero knowledge on how to put together a large chainlink fence. I came out of the store with everything put together, scheduled for delivery, worked with a fantastic person who explained the methods and requirements for fencing. And all at a very decent price! Heather in Contractor pick Up was very helpful on the phone order I placed on 6/9/2018 She was able to verify when the merchandise I needed would be in stock for pick up. Heather was very professional in the assistance and was very prompt in contacting me later to verify when the merchandise would be avai;lable. Thank you Heather!

I'm thrilled to have this store and shopping option available to us here on the Kenai Peninsula. It is a real blessing and helps keep the locally owned hardware and lumber outlets. It is (generally) economical, and they often have some great deals. Blessings on you as a business entity, and may you continue to serve the community for many years to come.

I have found my overall experience with this particular Home Depot in Kenai Alaska as being an extremely friendly and enjoyable place to shop at for most but not all the employees have been extremely friendly and knowledgeable and in particular I wish to thank Lillian "Kelly" McBride that works in the flooring department for she deserves a five-star review five stars being the best because of her helpfulness and knowledge and patience in helping me with my many projects for after I moved here almost 3 years ago from Fairbanks I must have spent at least $20,000 at Home Depot for I had purchased my first house and I have never done most of these projects but I cannot afford to hire contractors so people like Kelly has been a godsend for the advice and helpfulness in helping me understand how to properly get my projects done not to mention her patience for she must have spent at least an hour and a half with me both yesterday and today so thank you Home Depot.

This store always has what I need! I do wish there were more employees to help, but it usually works out!

As a disabled individual, I have a hard time getting around, let alone finding what I need in big stores. My recent shopping experience was met with an older gentleman named Jeff. He took the time to help me find all of the items on my list that a friend sent me with and helped to make sure that I found alternatives to the items that were not carried. He also explained how best to use them and then offered other items that my friend could use that weren't on the list. Jeff totally changed my shopping experience and didn't leave me until I was ready to check out. I cannot express how grateful I am to have had all of the help he provided.

The Kenai Home Depot has friendly helpful personnel and is usually stocked with items that I want or need. Since I have to drive up from Homer, I frequently call ahead to make sure items are in stock and people on the phone have been very helpful. Many times when I get to the store, the items I have requested have been pulled and are waiting for me, which I appreciate very much.

At times the store seems to be lacking enough floor staff to assist the shoppers. Everyone I have ever talked with has been very nice and helpful.

I like Home Depot everyone seems cheerful. They always help me when I can't find something, or I need advice.

We always try to use the Kenai Home Depot store if possible. The crew working there are always ready to answer questions, help find things or help move heavy loads.

The employees are very friendly and earnestly seek to help anyway they can.

I enjoy purchasing at this store since I know the layout and many of the employees know my wife and I.

The floor person guided me to the correct aisle and up to the area where it was located.
