I ordered a big order and picked it up at will call and the kid that helped me " Patrick" was awesome he had a great personality and very knowledgeable and loaded my truck with a lot of care... great experience leaving! Appreciate the help being a woman and don't really enjoy this stuff!!!! Tina

Olivia and Brita are the best! I had a bad experience trying to get paint from the covington store and Olivia and Brita did everything the could to make it right. They were able to match my paint perfectly and I can't tell them enough how much I appreciate everything they did. They deserve raises!! Thank you guys so much!

This is a great store. Everyone is helpful and on a couple of visits they even called the store Manager to help with finding the specific product I needed. I often have requests for unusual items and its so helpful to have such great customer service. I do definitely come back to this store for all my home improvement needs.

The Home Depot in Kent, WA is very well laid out I was able to find what I was , clean and the staff and very friendly.

My experience was amazing!! I dealt with people who were knowledgeable with the product I was shopping! They answered all my questions, walked me through the necessary installation steps, and stayed with me until I made my choice and was ready to check out!! Face to face customer service by friendly people - they didn't push me off on anyone else OR refer to some website!! Thanks for a great experience!!

The associates in this store are willing to actually help you instead of pointing you in a direction and sending you to the general area you need to be in. I have been to several Home Depots in Pierce and King County and this was by far the best experience.

It feels like a "neighborhood "store. I like the layout of the store and the size. Great location for shopping and convenient to get to. The employees are always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Always clean and bright looking.

I am in the middle of a huge remodel, I am literally at this store daily.. The staff has been amazing and so very helpful.. On a side note, if you need the correct paint color see OLIVIA!!!

I've always liked this store but sometimes I wait around a long time to get any help, today was different, NICK from gardening was great, helped me find everything I needed, was very friendly and made it a great shopping experience.

We highly recommend this store. We recently needed assistance ordering doors and received top notch help from Angela and Jim. We've spent many hours in this store with on going projects and found customer service to be the best.
