I come to the store about three times a day every single day. And often time Shantee is there, she’s always so helpful and knowledgeable, and she goes out of her way to help me every time. I really appreciate her, please give her a promotion!

I was there a few days ago a gentlemen by the name of Marco (MAS51S7) was a great help on what I needed to find thankful for him for being there that day!

Stoped by to look at Christmas decorations, was greeted as soon as I walked in, and not to mention Ricardo from gardening was extremely helpful and with his help I found everything I needed and more.

I have been shopping the store for the past several years. We mainly order big quantities of materials for a new construction projects. I work closely with Jose Robles, store manager and Tomasz Drążek, pro desk specialist. My overall experience has been excellent. Orders are put together on time with no quantity errors and deliveries are always tailored to our time sensitive schedule. It is worthwhile to mention that on one occasion, the store manager delivered missing materials himself just to make sure that we do not get delayed in the process. Very honest, hardworking team that is pleasure to work with. Thank you guys we really appreciate your commitment and dedication.

I was in a rush trying to locate wood pellets, and I was help by an employee making my visit short and enjoyable

I bought an air conditioner less than a month ago, Jul 3, and I did not need it. I tried to return the unopened , never used air conditioner but was refused a return. This policy change was unexpected and now I have an air conditioner that I don't need at a cost of over $200. I will never buy an air conditioner again from Home Depot again because of this policy.

I spent almost $2,500.00 had and knew about a 10% at least discount and the cashier said items had their own discount. At no time she greet or smile, showing a mad/upset face all the time, workers like this should never be hired.. I visited the store multiple times I would not recommend or return to it. A Horrible experience

I went online and made a reservation for a cargo van rental, to help a parent move. Then at 6 AM the morning of the rental I get an email from Home Depot saying that my rental was canceled! (imagine if I hadn't checked my email that morning). When I phoned the store I was told that they don't use online reservations, the vehicle rentals are all on a first come first serve basis only. When I said I was able to make an online reservation, they said that they knew, and it was a problem. Yes it was! Had I known this would happen I would have rented elsewhere. I was fortunate that the associate looked into it and let me know that there would be a van returning in a few hours, and he would hold it for me for 15 minutes so I could pick it up. He called when it arrived and I quickly went and got the van. So I am thankful to George in rentals for saving my moving day. But Home Depot really needs to remove this feature off their website! Moving is stressful enough, without having your vehicle rental suddenly canceled the morning of the move.

If ever at this location and need any help with plumbing make sure you ask for Tommy. He knows his stuff. Appliances ask for Israel he is very knowledgeable about everything in appliances.

Busy time but Home depot associate help me to find all the item i need to replace my Kitchen drainage pipes.

Staff always available to help and make sure you find everything you need. Nicer than having a personal shopper, you don't have to pay them!!

In a world where customer service has gone to die, Home Depot is the exception. Specifically a gentleman by the name of Steven, he really went out of the way to help me out and clearly knows his stuff. Do yourself a favor and ask for Steven everytime you go to this Home Depot, you wont be disappointed.

The Pro desk people are hands down the best.. Russ is amazing... He has helped me out of jams so many times, I can't even count.. Also the wonderful girls at the pro desk, always ready to go the extra mile.. My personal favorite is Joe Ficek. Joe is absolutely the Best!!!!! Cant live without Joe, Russ or the Pro desk girls..

I had not been to this location in awhile. I'm glad I stopped here. Store is set-up well. Staff all look like they enjoy their jobs. The staff at the self check-out were very friendly and helpful. This is a great store.

Not my job to scan the merchandise that I’m buying. if that’s the case why don’t we get an employee discount to do the job of your employees l.

Needed a new washing machine and received excellent advice. Purchased a Maytag washing machine and really like it...easy to operate and so far I am satisfied.

I have been going to this location for years. I know the store well. I love that even if I don't go there for several months, I still know where everything is. There is comfort in going to a familiar store and easily locating the items I need. Whenever I need help I can always find a helpful employee to give me a hand. There is always one near by ready to answer, or to guide me to someone else that could help.

The sales associate was very rude and verbally belittled me in front of other customers for no apparent reason. She tried to intimidate me by standing too close to me and trying to look at my credit card information and she also asked for my id for no reason.

I needed to purchase landscape wiring, and couldn't find a single employee to unlock the wire cage. Eventually I was able to force it through the doors, but why was there no employee around or button to page an employee? Home Depot's counter theft deterrents are now hurting their customers' experience.

I bought a building in 2001. It's on Kimball and literally 5 min from this Home Depot, so I have been a customer here from the moment they opened that location. I will say that in 23 years, I have had nothing by good experiences at this location, and actually plan to stop off there tomorrow.

We needed him the first day we came in for this specific project. Larry went above and beyond. Tips, tricks, facts, and was kind as well. We will only be visiting this location on days Larry is working. I don’t care if we need appliances and he’s still in paint, if Larry isn’t there, I’m not either.

Veteran's discount keeps me coming back. Nice new checkout lanes - very efficient. Did that change cost any jobs though????
