Working on special project, cant find tools that i need. So Heather from hardware took me to Jennifer and Tony at pro desk who very helpful, help me order my tools to finish job. Everyone very nice and very helpful.

I can not stress enough, of the importance of having a "Store Discount Credit" Program within Home Depot, for "All" Customers that are "Not" fully satisfied with their Purchases. The Program existed for many years, but I was informed by the Manager at Store # 0265 on 07/25/19 , doesn't exist anymore...? I find it very strange, that this good Program was , removed for some unknown reason. I firmly believe , based on the Value of the Purchase of the particular item, and wasn't fully satisfied by the Customer(s), was being forced to either return or replace the wrongful or damaged item. Even though the Customer was refunded or the item was replaced. Home Depot "Fails" to realize, that Customer (s) are forced to return to the Store, using their Time, Gas & etc........!

Bob from Garden is extremely nice and helpful! If you need anything from the gardening area that is the man you need to see! The store is clean, easy to navigate, we had a quick check out transaction.

store was clean,well stocked and excellent customer service.

A good store but short on staff in many departments. The garden center and appliance departments were almost vacant at 12 noon. Once i went to customer service they said it was lunch hour. I commented maybe fewer staff should take lunch at the same time. A manager helped but even he required 25 minutes to find the item I wanted.At that point he called someone that took another 10 minutes to find us. That staff member said he was on a scheduled lunch....

Previous times I’ve been there I had to wait for help or assistance at previous stores not this particular store. But this store has made me a permanent customer at Home Depot for sure thanks to the cabinet specialist named JENNIFER- I just gave her cabinets measurements with a handy friend of mines and she put everything together exactly as I pictured it to be . I’m so thankful and happy that Home Depot picked the best person for the job - seriously this has been the best experience I’ve ever had!!! TY

It was a good experience going to the store I got help when I need it and the items that I was looking for was in stock. What made my experience at the Home Depot was that I was in and out in a few minutes.

The home depot employee named LUCY made the difference, my wife and I was very pleased with her willingness to help. KUDOS to her excellent customer service. She made our shopping very easy.

We went sixteen miles out of our way to this store. The Clermont store was not user friendly. The Kissimmee store couldn't do enough for us. Very helpful and a pleasure to deal with all the folks (three in all) that assisted us. Thank you!

the store was very clean and the employee very helpful , and they will walk you to what you need or tell you the section to go to and they are right on the section. so now you don't have to spent an hour looking for what you need. cashier name was Carmen ( very helpful ) and even ask me to come back , and i will !

The cashiers in Garden Center are always pleasant and helpful. Always nice shopping experience especially if there are associates to help with loading car.

THE EMPLOYEES ARE ALL LACKING COMMON SENSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 CUSTOMERS HAVE TO TELL THEM TO CALL FOR HELP BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT EVEN SEE THEIR LINE AT CHECK OUT WAS GETTING LONGER & SHE WAS ALONE IN THE GARDEN CHECK OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
