Nice and clean and fully stocked. Easy to shop, especially early in the morning.

All the employees are friendly and helpful; especially at the Painting Department. Sage and Robin were very nice and provided their advice and expertise.

IT'S ALWAYS SO PLEASANT TO GO TO HOME DEPOT. THE SALES ITEMS ARE RIGHT UPFRONT AND THE CASHIERS ARE SO HELPFUL EVEN THOUGH WE ARE AT THE SELF CHECK OUT, THEY STILL OFFER THEIR HELP! THANK YOU HOME DEPOT FOR YOUR FRIENDLINESS AND PROFESSIONALISM.

employees that were helpful were overwhelmed,others did not know where or how to order flooring or blinds , no one was anywhere to be found in any dept!!! After asking for help from service desk and cashiers no one could be found, but no worries Lowes was able to fill our needs

This Home Depot is very helpful and clean. I like shopping here. The employees are very friendly and for the most part, VERY helpful.

Good, clean store and good manager and cashier staff, but don't count on the various reps on the floor to be very construction savy. Know what you want and how to use it before you shop there. Reps need to be able to admit they don't know an answer rather than give inaccurate advice.

If you are looking for a fridge, we highly recommend their very helpful and kind Appliance Specialist-Edward Hickok. Edward helped us order the exact model fridge with our dream features all included, and was very patient with all the computer steps involved.

Good shopping experience. I found the store personnel very helpful. this has not always been true. I think they are trying to improve customer experience at the store by asking the help to be more responsive to the customers. Especially Holly, the super cashier. She saved me $50 with her help. And she was grateful for my accolades. I saw her again months later and remembered her great help and again she was quite appreciative.

Looking for friendly knowledgeable service with flooring? You must see Beth Reed, Flooring Specialist. Wow! She listens to what's important to you. If you are like me, knowing what you want, but not sure how to accomplish it, she will take the time to show you the different options and more importantly, help you make an educated decision. the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable, even though sometimes you have to walk around to find one. I bought a ceiling fan Federigo 48" Home Decorators Collection, which is a Home Depot brand and I am totally satisfied with the quality. It runs whisper quite in all 3 speed, has a modern design, and TWO (2) LED that are both dimmable using the same remote control included. This is exceptional quality at $179.

Your all in one home shopping store where convenient installations can be part of the purchase. Most stores will give you a list of approved contractors that the customer has to call and go through the list not knowing the price of installation. I experienced that through other stores and it was not a pleasant experience. Time is money. Thanks Home Depot for saving precious time for me.

We have consistently had good service at the Kona store except for a couple of things - no one answers the phone and not all associates have e-mail access. Recently we purchased flooring materials and needed to get in touch with the person who facilitated our purchase. They did not have access to e-mail and we could only call the department number. After being on hold on the phone for >40 minutes we finally drove to the store ( a round trip of >17 mi) in order to place our order.

Home Depot has been my go to store for home projects for 14 years. I have always had a great experience. And, I love that they are a dog friendly store.
