I use to make Home Depot my top choice for shopping, I now shop there only when I have to! We run a None profit in Hawaii cleaning the ocean. I personally spoke with the management about helping us with items we need to clean the ocean. I was told they were having a meeting and would get right back with me, even asking me if a certain date would be ok to get back to me!!! After that date, I heard nothing, and after calling them back, and emailing them back with no response; I get the hint! Whether you want to help or not is not the issue, it would be professional to not leave people hanging! With as much business I personally have giving you guys over the years, a response would be the least you could do. Aloha.

Our visits to this store have always been pleasant and the employees are always very helpful. Shout out to my girl Sunshine! She is the best!

Went to Home Depot looking for a small freezer, Amy was with another customer, but when she was done, she came right over to assist me with my freezer purchase. The computers weren't working in that department, so she loaded up the freezer and took me up front and got me checked out up front. Excellent customer service!!!

Online order, curbside pick up I waited at least 30 minutes minimum.And no one came out to assist me with my pickup.How how to ask another employee if they can get someone to assist me. Then End it up going in to pick up more materials which cashier charges me for 180 more items than what I have and and it took almost 1 hours to get reimbursed.

I’ve been shopping at the Kona store for the last two years and had never been disappointed! Very well maintained and stocked full, I live on Oahu and shop at all the Home Depot store in my area which there’s 3 !!! I enjoy shopping at Home Depot!!!

I recognize some faces at my local HD, enjoy the sales and the local’ness of the aunties at the register! It’s where I go for regular last minute pick ups. I’ve purchased about 80% of my tools for finish work at HD and they’ve worked great! I’m a Milwaukee guy, witnessed the change from partial portable (hand powered tools mostly) to full battery operated with the technology advancing enough to power tools like miter saws, table saws, air compressors, nail guns (16d though to 23ga)! I’ve recently applied for a HD card and it’s served me well, it made sense since I shop there so much, I like the special financing I’ve received using the card and most importantly it’s convenient for me on bigger purchases as I apply for special financing and ends up less $$ than using my credit card with its higher interest rates.

Very nice staff (mostly). Inventory layout seems random. Very confusing.

Great helpful employees

Actually had item I needed and a worker named La'a S was a miracle worker! U have no idea, the ordeal I went through with other stores today, but came into Homedepot and as I'm struggling to find what I needed, here comes La'a, he helped me and handed me what I needed. He knew the items like the back of his hand! Didn't even take him 3 seconds to know what lock I needed for the sliding door. Super wonder, helpful, great personality and attitude and knowledgeable! This store had what I needed, after spending all morning going to 3 different stores! N wonderful employees! This is my go to store!

Did a custom order that took 6 weeks to get, guys were so helpful to placing order but when we went to pick up were we disappointed. Had to wait forever together helped, then after my husband went to see what was taking so long, he sees the employees dragging our order on the floor, damaging the ends, when we finally get to see the order it was damaged in the middle as well and it was like no big deal to them. To me it seemed they have little pride in what they do. They said we can reorder and wait another 6 weeks and maybe it won't be damaged. After seeing how they handled our merchandise, no thank you. Maybe $500 isn't much to you, we'll it is to us. After we said we wanted our money back, we were sent back to Pro Services but we're told they couldn't do it, so again we had to wait for approval before we could get our money back for something they damaged.

Great experience! I was greeted and the item was immediately located in the store. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

I bought a tool combo kit that was on clearance, i can always count on getting great deals on the combo sets

Sunshine really went out of her way to help me get the product that I really wanted! She made my day! She was really helpful! Nice working with her. When she said she was going to call me back she did so promptly.

Item I wanted to buy was no where to be found, they gave me a better product for the same price.

I drove a 3 hour round trip to get a pool chlorine dispenser and luckily they had just ONE! I really hope they stock shelves with more inventory. This is a problem I've always experienced with the Kona Home Depot. Never finding what I need cuz the shelves are empty.

I went in to return a damaged product. Chyanne was so amazing and helped me through the entire process to get the damaged product exchanged for a new one. Everything went so smoothly!

Came to Kona HD to purchase a washer/dryer tower from LG. There was difficulty in locating and processing the item through no fault of the sales associate. Ralissa was resilient in locating the appliance and processing the order. Outstanding service from Ralissa!
