Daytime people are awesome. Nightime people not so much

Always my first go to store

the RF Installation company have been calling me in the morning to schedule a measurement appointment which I missed but called back immediately. only to get a voicemail stating that I was returning their call and to please call me back. No one called back until the next morning to which I was not available to take the call. When I called back, another voicemail was left and no call from that office until the next morning. On and on it went. Come on! They can call me back during the day instead of waiting until morning to call. I am frustrated with their method of calling to schedule measurement appointments.

I love the fact they build a Home Depot near my home thanks so much

The customer service is lacking

I purchased this john deere mower for my new house with a 1/3 acre of grass. Employee lu7w9x8 was pleasant, efficient, awesome! She took care of my purchase with a great attititude.

Purchased a Cub Cadet for ~$4,000. In less than 2 months the rear right wheel would not reverse. Home Depot would not take it back as a return (has to be within 30 days). Warranty work through Cub Cadet required a $400 deposit and up to 8 weeks for repair (how do you mow your property without the lawn mower you just spent $4,000 on?).

Amazing product quantities on hand and great service.

I shop here often. Mostly for work. It’s nice to the help when I need it. I appreciate the help guys!

I just love and appreciate the customer service here @ the Kyle Home Depot. I have never thought “I wish there was someone around to help, or I wish I had come here that’s experienced in this to help”. I will always a visit this Home Depot vs. their competition or sister stores.

Came into the Home Depot store in Kyle Texas to buy a washer and dryer. Mia, our sales person greeted us with a smile and willingness to help with all our questions. My husband and I were very impressed with her clear and precise knowledge of each of the brands we were interested in purchasing. We were very happy with our experience, and will definitely be back to this store for our furture needs.

Steve B from hardware went over and beyond to help me with my aeration issues (not even in his department). Best service from ANY Home Depot I’ve ever received!! Kyle Home Depot is now my go to place!!!

I needed to buy a part for my home project, Ms Kelly was very helpful in that she took time to understand my needs. This requires patience which enabled her to fully understand my needs. "People persons" like Ms. Kelly is what ALL BUSINESSES NEED because in my opinion, this will draw more customers to your store- particularly when people know your Home Depot has employees that care enough to help customers.

An associate quickly understood my need and addressed it completely. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Kudos to Grant

I have been looking for this particular light at many other home depot locations with no luck. But Caroline helped me locate it when it was on the other side of the store.

I wanted to especially say thank you to a staff member named Trinity who at the time of my visit worked in the paint department. Trinity was very helpful and extremely kind. I use home depo as a one stop to shop for a variety of small deferent items for the job. it saves me time from going from one specialty supplier to another spread around town. a little higher priced than specialty suppliers.

I needed new appliances for my daughter's home. There are so many options. The store representative, Jill Cox, led us through a thorough selection process and made certain we got what we wanted at the best price possible. She was a joy to work with.

I bought a power care bump head but it popped a spring or metal ring, so I returned it for a replacement. All went well once Evelyn located the item down in the same aisle I was looking in! The young lady at customer service was able to provide me some options since I didn’t have my receipt.
