I bought a power care bump head but it popped a spring or metal ring, so I returned it for a replacement. All went well once Evelyn located the item down in the same aisle I was looking in! The young lady at customer service was able to provide me some options since I didn’t have my receipt.

Ruben and Rose at the pro desk were both very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable when I had questions about the supplies needed for my fence job and had no problem going out of their way to help.

Made to feel like I was a criminal for trying to purchase an item advertised on their specific website. It took an hour and us pulling up the advertisement not to yell at

Ms. Moth resolved my issues with an online order error. This young lady went above and beyond, making several phone calls and speaking to different people in order to resolve the issue at hand. She was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about how to correct the issue. Defienely a ROCK STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPT.

First off I went in the store for the first time ever straight to the garden department lost of a plan for my flower bed a young lady by the name of Caitlyn came up to me and asked me if I needed any assistance I sure did I’m a first time home buyer iv lived in an apartment the last 20 years and I never planted a thing in my life we came up with a vision together iv never been so grateful and confident in myself I’m excited to redo my flower bed thanks to this young lady her expertise in this department is recognizable Thank you Caitlyn in Garden.

Easiest Home Depot location to get to, load, and be on my way.

This is the worst experience from a large company that I have ever dealt with. They send a third party installer out to install a microwave and he arrives with the wrong tools and proceeds to try and drill through my newly installed ceramic backsplash, only to cause damage. Now I'm being told by Home Depot staff that they are not responsible since it was a third party that they hired to install my appliance. RIDICULOUS!!! Now I can't have a new microwave installed by anyone else and Home Depot will not send someone else to try and install my microwave because the third party has filed a claim with their insurance. I'm not sure how that was done, since no one has called me for pictures or a statement. It makes me think that there is something shady with this company, Sedgwick that they use for installation projects. My advice would be to ask what company is going out to install your appliance before allowing just anyone to go in there. Just because he has a tool bag doesn't mean he has the right tools or knows how to use them.

I didn't need much when I went in today, a few keys made and an extension cord. The three associates I encountered were all very nice and helpful. I will be happy to shop there again.

Went and purchased a small appliance and Mia was very helpful in helping us pick out what we actually needed. The gentleman that help us load it was also very helpful and courteous.

So thankful to have a go to Home Depot. Good employees and management! And I always leave with more than I wanted too. Lol

We had HD come out and measure for an exterior door replacement. Besides the confusion between the store and online services, we got everything scheduled mostly without issues. On the day of installation the installer shows up, has me check the door and then after 15 minutes calls me down to tell me he can’t install it because it has “non-removable trim”. He says the next step is to take it back to the store and they will call me. I called the store and spoke to an assistant manager who said there’s no reason the door shouldn’t have been installed and that once the guy arrived he would call me back but not before confirming this wasn’t my husbands number because he “wouldn’t want to bug him at work”… Cool assumption but I’m the bread winner and YOU'RE DISTURBING ME AT WORK. Of course, he didn’t call me back. So having $2,073 already pulled from my account by HD I call again. That person says she’s going to talk to a manager (who was on lunch of course) and the customer service girl and call me back. No one calls me back so my husband was going to stop by the store today- but before he could do it I get get a text that says “YOUR INSTALLATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED!” For those keeping track that’s $2k, and NO DOOR. My husband calls and YOU GUESSED IT no one is reachable at the store. When he FINALLY gets a call back the girl doesn’t even apologize. He tells her we are cancelling the order and want a refund and she tries to not refund us for the door… SERIOUSLY? What a nightmare. Go to Lowe’s, save yourself the trouble.

Had a wonderful time and greatly appreciated how I was treated and would be willing to refer this store to anyone. This is an example of how all shopping experience’s sho be what a way to set the tone.

Garden Center has a great variety of healthy plants! Employees are courteous; will take the time to help locate what you are looking for.

We needed help ordering some custom shades for our kitchen windows. Jessica was able to help us order them online and was very helpful. Always a good experience. Love the Home Depot!!

David helped us decided which washer and dryer to buy. Answered all our questions and wasn’t pushy.

All the employees with whom I spoke at the Kyle, Texas Home Depot were knowledgeable and friendly.

Sylvia needs to be removed form the service desk when I asked to check out with her she told me “ughh”. This is the second time she has done this to me in separate occasions. I have never experienced such terrible customer service.

Home Depot by far has more affordable prices compared to Lowe’s. Strongly recommend getting all your home improvements items at Home Depot
