Exemplary Service in every way, shape and form. A young man named Charlie was very polite, and brought equipment to retrieve two chest freezers from an upper bay. Our safety and his was an absolute focus as well as customer service. I stopped him in an aisle for assistance and he immediately came to my assistance. Perfect! They a clerk at the checklanes named Carmen - again perfect! She then called a young man named Ty to assist with loading two chest freezers. Again, perfect. The service, courtesy and care for our needs is what every retailer should be, but few are. Home Depot nailed it AGAIN! Thank you so much!

Many times when I needed home improvement supplies, I drove to the Onalaska Home Depot store to get the right items at the right price. I purchased all of my wooded kitchen cabinets from Home Depot, and I am happy.

Customer service at the desk and on the floor is great. People helped me find items and helped patiently with a return.

The staff is very helpful and courteous. They love to engage with our dog.

I bought out the small inventory of items and they haven't been replaced in 2 weeks

I have bought several times this past week both in store and online.

Asked for a sample of paint. Was told smallest I could get is a quart. Finally another figured out how to do a sample. They then gave me the wrong color. Asked about the different name, answer was I don’t know it’s what scanned. Got home, not even close to what was asked for or the card sample. Waste of time and money.

I needed a small triangular piece of plywood to replace a broken anchor point for a leg on a cheap futon. After a short back and forth with HD employees, they advised me to go to Menard's. I was two hours away from home and hadn't brought my Skilsaw. Home Depot doesn't cut wood for customers. So I went to your competitor and spent $50 there. This is a failure of policy rather than service. The young guys working at the lumber desk did all they were allowed to do-by telling me to go somewhere else.

It was nice to visit the store for a specific purpose and actually find the product in Stock. Thanks

We were looking for certain items for a periphery l project and found everything we were looking for concerning that project. Employees were helpful. If course, we bought more than planned, but found some really great buys.

Keith was very helpful in helping us decide on what kinds of blinds to order.

I came here after an experience with another home improvement store that told me materials could be delayed until mid October. I went to the pro desk to order materials for composite decking and it took 8+ revisions and still not confident my order will show up when they told me it would. I was told guarantee delivery by Monday September 1, which is Labor Day. At time of checkout an employee mentioned quietly to a guy helping me it could be 2+ weeks before my products are delivered to me. It is not Sept 1 but I am not confident I will get them on the guaranteed delivery date

Building a home and wanted to see what Home Depot had for appliances.Michael was so informative and helpful. We bought all appliances on the spot because he answered every question. He missed his lunch because of us and never complained. Great employee!

Dont have the time or energy to explain just dont ever go through them for a door installation still waiting 4 months later have one of the door sitting in my mud room it’s very frustrating also had to come pickup one door early even knowing I pay for full delivery an install so I had to pay for a truck to get a door home I payed for delivery of!!!!! ridiculous

It was BIG and a lot of orange. I bought Damp Rid and left quietly.

I walked in the door and was greeted by an employee who had already clocked out but was still willing to help me and answer questions on a tool I was interested in. My next stop was the paint department and again I was meet with a smile and a young lady that knew her stuff.

After viewing items online to see prices, availability, and options, we stopped at the La crosse Home Depot. A busy employee set aside what he was doing to answer our questions and help us get our purchase started at the customer service desk. It was easy and so efficient. Everyone was helpful and made our major purchase go flawlessly.

I don’t know where to start, but I would like to think the teenager who rang me up and who found my lost wallet and returned it to me with a significant amount of cash in it and credit cards I was from out of state so everything was so important to me I wish I would’ve got his name. I was in shock. I’m from Chicago Illinois and I could say definitely that my wallet would’ve never got back in my hands. If I would’ve lost it back in my city I appreciate the young man’s honesty. I did offer to buy him lunch. He declined at least I could’ve done for him. I was in a panic mode. I just thanked them up and down.

Nothing great about this store. Average at best.

The employee in carpeting did not make me feel confident in his abilities .

They had Dewalt tools in probably six places, no idea where you would go for a specific item.

Was told to checkout at the registers at the opposite end of the store because apparently the two ladies at the service desk next to the front door were too busy chatting (no customers) to help me.

Clean, well stocked and organized. Helpful, friendly, courteous staff !!

Good store and the people I have dealt with have been great.

It is a big box store … which means it has always had whatever I was looking for. I have always found staff ready to help with large items and several have gone out of their way to make my visit successful!
