The store clerks I have had were knowledgeable about what I was looking for and knew where to find it and took me directly to the product. They actually smiled, were friendly, and enjoyed their job. Saved me alot of time.

Everything a HomeDepot should be. My only complaint is the parking lot. Why aren't the parking spots angled for easy parking of trucks !

Today's visit was fine because the employees were helpful and courteous. On Monday I was at the store to pick up an overdue order of flooring and I needed some help with finding transition pieces. The person in that department was rude and disrespectful and gave me a bad feeling about the store. Today I went to different areas in the store and had good experiences. That arrogant person in the flooring department needs a talking to.

The employees here know where anything and everything is located and make it clear they have time to help. Don't have time to talk? The app is awesome and everything is well organized.

It is a nice store and I do enjoy shopping there but....there is never a time that I have shopped there and had any store employee ask me if I needed any help....matter of fact there is usually another customer or two, in my isle needing help as well. It's a large store... they should be able to supply buyers with better assistance without the buyers having to walk around trying to find an assistant employee on their own .

I really love this Home Depot. Every Home Depot store I've ever been in across the united states I've always received decent service to poor service. This one is consistently great. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. I think all Home Depot stores lacking in customer service and friendliness should take a page from this store.

Easy in, easy out. Did not have my item on the shelf, but located one for me with-in 5 mins.

A great store to visit. Every employee wants to help you, and will assist you in locating the product. If you need any lumber cut to size to fit into your car they are willing to help you out. (Steve) The store is also neat and clean. We are still thinking about last year. We had ordered in a newel post. We went to the counter to pick it up. The box had one little ding on it. He noticed the mark on the box. We had not. He said we must take it out and inspect the post. He didn’t want us to take it home and be disappointed. The post was fine and we were impressed he took the time instead of rushing thru the sale.

If you want a store where no one would take the time to help you, know anything about what your looking for or poor quality, go to Menards. If you want an enjoyable shopping experience, employees who know what there talking about, and will actually take the time to come up to you and ask if your finding everything o.k or have any questions. Go to Home Depot.

Had a wonderful shopping experience at this store. I am in the process of doing major renovation of a trailer home, and received help from friendly staff throughout the store. When purchasing appliances, Timothy Wood was the best!!!

Helpful friendly knowledgeable staff. They went above and beyond to help me during my visit. Locating what I needed and giving me information which helped me make a well informed decision about storm doors, paint and lawn mowers. I never felt rushed.

I was shopping for a washing machine and had a couple places done with 3 more to go. I stopped at Home Depot. I was greeted by numerous employees, the store was neat and clean and easily found what I was looking for. I was so happy with the saleman, Alex, the options and the prices that I bought a machine and I was done!! I will be back!! This was the only store that someone came to assist me with looking at the machines, which was a huge selling point! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Also... beginning of Jan 2018 I purchased some paint(a lot) from a younger new gal 1/9/2018(aly). I think she just moved from Mexico City??? She was AWESOME!!!! She knew her stuff!!!

I truly enjoy shopping at the Onalaska (4905) Home Depot. So far, they've had in stock any of the items which brought me to the store. The employees are friendly, and my wife has stated that they answer/explain her questions, with equal dignity, which is important to both of us. Also, the prices are comparable and sometimes better then other home improvement stores in the area.

Helpful & friendly staff. Store is always well stocked and clean. Not particularly fond of checkout layout. Will return.

It is so nice to find a store that has helpful associates who are knowledgeable about the products they sell. We appreciate the free shipping. We will certainly purchase more appliances from Home Depot!
