Irma was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and took me through the ordering and installation process. I appreciate all of her hard work and help.

I spoke with an associate in the parking lot, just a good morning greeting and he asked if I needed help. He walked me to the item I wanted and then I proceeded to check out. Check out was easy. Your Cashier Norma NLB2113 was very nice and pleasant to speak with. The check out process was quick. Everyone had smiles on their faces and it was a real feel good situation. Thank you

The entrance to the garden department from the store has wounderful items on display. The clerks are helpful to get other items down I couldn't reach. The girls assisted in picking flowers that were better looking than the pots I picked

Horrible customer service. Rented an auger that broke down on me. Rental process wasn't that bad so I won't give them the lowest in the helpfulness category. The return was terrible. Even after purchasing the insurance they wanted to charge me the full $67 rental fee. When I questioned it they wanted to charge me $45. Only after speaking with a manager on duty did they finally waive the fee. The manager even took the time to say he "wouldn't even make fun of my shirt". Nice. It's an Angels baseball shirt that my son and I both got when we won tickets to a game. Even if you're not an Angels fan (which he said wasn't the case), it's bad form to talk to your customer like that. A Home Depot manager should know better. Maybe they'll do better next time but it won't be with my money or my business. I gave a review to Home Depot based on my receipt with the chance of winning $5,000 but I'm so not into spending any more time in their store I opted out of the $5,000 gif card contest after letting them know how poor the cusotme service was.

There always seems to always broken in men's restroom. The soap dispenser, the urinal don't flush. But I'm happy to say the customer service is great.

Our refrigerator stopped working unexpectedly. I went to Home Depot in La Habra early in the morning shortly after they opened at 6AM. A helpful associate (I didn't get his name, but he is a bearded gentleman in plumbing) called for a manager to help in appliances. Brian assisted me with a selection. He was very knowledgeable and shared what refrigerator he had at his home that he is pleased with. He assisted with the selection, opening a Home Depot credit card, ongoing promotions that resulted in a cost savings and processing the transaction. He was so helpful This is my 3rd experience with Home Depot when I was in desperate need of something because mine had failed (previously garage door opener and water heater). Home Depot carries quality products and partners with contractors that do a wonderful job installing the purchased item(s). Thank you Home Depot!

Great selection of products. Made it hard to select the correct product due to lack of product knowledge on my part an even less on the associates. I think I made the right choice.

I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT THIS STORE. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THEIR ASSOCIATES. THE STORE IS CLEAN AND THE CHOICES OF ITEMS ARE BETTER THAN OTHER HOME DEPOTS IN THE AREA. I WOULD RATHER DRIVE THE EXTRA FEW MILES TO THIS STORE THAN THE ONE CLOSER TO ME.

The store is large and many types of products brand name and others. The aisles are clearly marked with placards. Associates are fairly easy to find when I needed help, even though I had to wait as the associate was taking care of another customer. I like the variety and multiple choices offered at the La Habra store, especially the tool rental department. I opened up a Home Depot credit card account to complete my flooring project.

I went to get more varish remover for a home project and happened to go through the garden area. There were so many nice plants that I went back to get a shopping cart and ended up buying plants instead.

Feels like employees are going through the motions, I shop here almost every day and am usually underwhelmed by the mood in this location compared to other stores.

Went into the store with an idea for a repair. Found an pleasant associate who was so helpful. She stayed assisting me until I made a decision on my purchase. I felt no pressure to buy. However, I wanted to because of the help I received. While I started thinking about two other projects I had started and thought. Why not ask questions now while I have assistants. Then two associate helped me find what I needed. The great part was I didn't have to search the whole store. Because every few minutes some one was available to help. This really motivated me to go home and start on my projects. It's sure is nice to have a helping hand. I am coming for sure.
