The store staff is 7-Star! Excellent / superb. I visit the store daily. The service is excellent. Your LED bulbs do NOT last as long as they state on the box. I have some more to return!

I am very pleased to say that "Joy" (who works in the Window Blinds Dept.) worked with me to overcome a problem I was faced with. I was looking for two vertical window blinds that the Mfg. said would required a 2, 3/8" setback as a minimum when I had only 2" to work with? She verified by phoning the Mfg. that that was their view. I thought I would have to cancel my order (even though I was now very excited about the choice) but Joy said let's see if we can find another way? She did: she suggested I order the IN MOUNT blinds I desired, but also a Valance with a 3" return. In this way I would get EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. For by trimming the sides of the Valance I can minimize their extension to about 1" and adjust the attachment of the rail header to fit inside my 2" setback. NOW THIS IS SOMETHING THAT EVEN THE MFG. DOESN'T UNDERSTAND OR AT LEAST DID NOT OFFER AS A SOLUTION! Because of Joy's extra effort I am a HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Katie from customer service is awesome! We had an issue with ordering the wrong sized door, which she quickly resolved. The mistake was on our end but Home Depot helped us get it right.

I got what I needed and was out of the store in 10 mins.

I asked if I could get a 12' board cut in half, they cut it into two pieces. one was 5'10 1/2" and the other was 6' 1 1/2" ask the sale associates if they thought this was in half. They laughed and said it was in two pieces. When I called the store manager she seemed not to care!

I am a widow and I fix almost everything in my home. It is quite costly to hire electrical, painters and plumbers. I sometimes need a little more info on a project which I can usually do on my own. However, I have been given excellent help from this store many times. Plumbing is not one of the household repairs I have ever done along side my husband, but when I went to the associate he not only identified the type of shower faucet from a photo, told me how to replace the mixer canister but obtained the correct part and tool to remove the old one. I have had help from paint, gardening and electrical, and they take the extra step to find the part or item I specifically need. They never send me to an aisle to locate the item I need but take me there and get it for me.. I always go back to the La Habra Home Depot, I have never had a bad experience there. It speaks highly of the companies standards and exceptional leaders.
