I WAS NOT PLEASED BECAUSE ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION I HAVE BEEN DIRECTED TO THE RETURNS DESK IN A LINE FROM APPROACHING THE SERVICE WITH NO ONE IN LINE.. AND IF THAT S NOT ENOUGH THE YOUNG LADY WHO DIRECTED ME DID NOT EVEN RAISED HER HEAD UP TO LOOK AT ME.I DID NOT SEE A SIGN THAT SAID I COULD NOT CHECKOUT AT THE SERVICE DESK.

Near home, friendly personal very helpful and patient to the costumers. I like to go there.

I was not looking forward to the experience, however the employees of the Home Depot store in LaPlace Louisiana made the experience so much more pleasant than I expected. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Each time I left the store I left with what I needed and with a smile on my face.

I reviewed products online, and was able to locate the product, verified it was in stocked and I was able to go to the store and go to the exact isle and bay load it up and was out the door.

Store clerks need to be more informative when purchasing the Home Protection Plan associated with water heater purchases. The installation of new and removal of old water heater is covered under the plan and if you do install the water heater yourself it basically becomes a reason as to why the warranty wouldn't cover break downs etc... they would just say because you installed it yourselves. We have now had to return to the store to inquire about scheduling a technician...very frustrating when we could have done at the time of checkout.

This store is very clean and it is never really crowded. you can always find someone to help you and give suggestions.

Home Depot employees were very helpful and friendly. They helped us to find what we need and suggested ideas that we could use. The cleaners served their purpose very well and I was satisfied.

The Laplace location and every Home Depot I got to is always clean full of precessional employees. They give good advice and are helpful from the time you enter to the time you exit. The most thing I love about Home Depot is the lines are never long and they are always in stock with material.
