As busy as Home Depot was today being it was Saturday and the increased business of post-Hurricane Ida, I was in and out in minutes.

Sometimes more ain’t nothing to be proud of

Store is very friendly and clean

This is the cleanest store. I stay in kenner and take the drive down.

The cashier, Miya was very helpful. I had some bolts which I assumed were all the same. She carefully looked at them and then informed me that they were different ones. The care for that really meant a lot especially because that was saving me a trip on needing to come back at all! Thanks so much.

Was greeted upon arrival. Everyone was friendly. Got what I needed and was checked out in no time.Everything was clean and easy to find.

I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly and helpful the employees at this location were. I have been in many locations where the just walk by you or say they'll be right back and never do. And forget about them offering to help you load your vehicle, you might have to beg for that! But this store was different, very kind and professional. Keep up the good work!!! I'm a 62 year old widow and it is sometimes hard for me to shop in a home improvement store, y'all made it easy and pleasant!!!

Good management make good employees. Nice and clean store.

This store does not honor the service of veterans without a specialized ID. My husband and I are both honorably discharged US ARMY veterans of the Vietnam Era. We are fortunate in that we don't need the facilities of the VA so we don't have those ID's. We DO have our veteran's status on our driver licenses and we had to provide our DD214s to the DMV to have that happen. Are we less a veteran simply because we were lucky enough not to have been injured?

Most staff are friendly and willing to assist customers. Cherie was very helpful when I had an issue to be resolved.

5 to 10% of the customers in the store had no mask on. Another 5 to 10% and a mask pull down away from their nose. A few of the employees had a mask pulled away from their nose. I will not be returning to this Home Depot for A long time

I'm writing this review because I had a great experience with my purchase. If you need anything go to the desk and see Nadious she will always help you with a smile. I have shopped at this store for years and need shlp and she always helps me out.

I shop here often and on each occasion I receive excellent customer service. Most items are in stock and the store is clean.

Home Depot (Laplace) has always been my go to store for all my home maintenance supplies and repair items. I have never had a bad experience; I have even ordered online and picked up in the store. I had my kitchen counters re-done and received excellent service. I shop there year round for tools, gardening items, lighting, and cleaning supplies. Always satisfied with the products.

This store gets 100 stars from me! Ms. Gwen in lumber went above and beyond to make sure that my item was not in stock. Luckily for me, the scanner was incorrect. I needed this Black Friday deal!!

once again as I stand in the lines at this particular home depot Ms. Nadi is a very helpful employee. I get in and out of the store in a timely manner. its always clean and the staff is always polite and knowledgeable. Thank you for your service to our community .
