I came (my first time in this Home Depot in Lacey, WA) in to purchase a washer and dryer to be delivered after we move into our house in a couple weeks. It was all done in less than 10 minutes. I still wandered around the store (enjoying myself!) for 30 minutes after, too, just because. It was nice having such considerate folks provide prompt assistance. The store was clean and tidy and everyone was friendly and prompt, from the moment I walked-in and someone directed me to the appliances to checking-out with a couple of other products I managed to find after purchasing the W/D. Great 1st experience for the customer service DIY freak! :)

Employee Chris did a great job from assisting me to find what I needed soon after I walked in the door, he explained product application - and also helped to avoid Monsanto products (at my request), he also assisted me to my car with my purchases - he was polite and professional and had great things to say about working for Home Depot. Hang on to him Home Depot - he's a true asset to any company that thrives from quality employees and great customer service!

It was very easy to complete our transaction. We found a great bargain.

The team at the Lacey Home Depot are well trained, friendly, and willing to help... The Pro Desk is stellar in their understanding that contractors cannot stand there all day. They go out of their way to assist and get you out the door to your job site!

I needed some garden items and they were easy to find and well priced. The checkout personal were very friendly. Great location.

I was looking for a specific brass fitting for a garden hose to a water connection. Not only did the associate know the aisle it was in, he knew the section and where in the shelf it was located. I was impressed. He was helping another customer at the time yet came back to find me and asked if I found what I was looking for. That is customer service.

This store is very well organized and the staff very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this location for any projects you have in the future.

The associates always provide excellent service to its customers. I use the particular store quite a bit, and they always work for the customer.

When I call into the paint department and Mayra is working she always has my order ready for me when I arrive..It is all ready for me to checkout and get on with jobs for the day...She is also very knowledgable of where everything is at within the store

While in the store I was looking for cable face plate and a sales associated was readily available to help.

I love coming to this store because the associates are always around the corner to help and the store seems more lively than many other Home Depots I have visited. The only thing I found frustrating on this trip is the belts for the lawn tractors were disorganized and I had to sort through them to find the part number and size I needed. Otherwise this Home Depot is the best one I have been to.

The store was really busy over the weekend and the associates still took the time to help me with my purchase.

When I could not find an item I was looking for, I readily found someone to help me. When he could not find the item quickly, he immediately consulted with someone instead of wandering around just guessing where to look. I appreciated that as I walk with a cane and I tire easily. After consulting with another associate, we found what I was looking for and I was on my way.

Store clerk was very helpful in ordering custom blinds for me. I am excited to get them!

This is the main store I use and have always had helpful and kind associates.

This is where I go when I need to feel good. The associates are always very helpful the items are always great quality and the prices can't be beat. Specially with the military discount. My 2 year old and I sometimes go there just to look at stuff with out even needing to buy anything.

Found out that some of your mower parts do not fit Craftsman, atleast not an old one. Employee doing refunds was just as courtious as when making purchases. Quick, painless.
