I had a gift card with less than $15 on it, and after making a small purchase using a self checkout terminal, the terminal cashed out the card, but could not give me any money. The terminal broadcast an alert, but a live cashier at a mainline register cleared it and ignored me. I informed her I needed my change, but had to wait several minutes before anyone could give it to me.

The store is always clean and organized. The associates are always helpful.

The layout of this Home Depot is easy to follow. If you know what you need, this is a good store to visit. If you need help or a special order, go to a different one. Except for the well-staffed paint desk, it is very hard to find a specialist to assist you.

Everything was very neat and well-organized. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist., I'll be returning again soon.

Need More cashiers sometimes and perhaps have a limit on how much people can return.

I went in shopping for window covering and found a nice selection of styles and colors avialable. The Sales Associate was very knowledgeble and helpful with my shopping experience. I would highly recommend this store which was bright, well stocked and with ample free parking.

Wide range of products to choose from, but you have to search for a staff member to help you. Eighty percent of the time that person does not have knowledge of the product you have a question about.

Close and convenient. Usually has what the homeowner needs for repairs or improvements.

I was very happy with the experience I shared with associate Rocio. She was so helpful. I felt at times she was teaching me another side of Home Depot. I can't believe me and my mom enjoyed our time like we did with Rocio. Great job you guys!

first time at this store had a good experience there. it was little bit smaller then the one I go to all the time but still good store to go to.

Not a bad store. I also like the Home Depot east of here (on Slauson closer to the 110) because it's larger. But this is a solid Home Depot.

5th time I've tred to purchase items for home move….only once did a clerk try to help and was distracted by another buyer…they treat you with no respect and make no effort to satisfy customer needs. Most have no clue as to what they are talking about. Wasted more time trying to get help than getting products on my own. Cashiers do not know how to honor coupons! Best bet is to research on your own and find isle and item and price, then order on line forpick up

when i want to find the items and products i can always rely on home depot!

I previously went to the Fallbrook location (west hill, ca) and had such a horrible experience, I almost didn't stop at this Home Depot tonight. But my experience was vastly different. This associate (James) was walking in another direction, but when he saw me come down the aisle, he waited to inquire if I needed help. That's important to me, and very much appreciated.

I am a pretty regular Home Depot shopper. This particular Home Depot is by far the best one I have ever been too. There are ALWAYS associates available to help you. I have been to other Home Depot's and you can't get an Associate to save your life. The last time I was at this home depot the associate helped me with pallet's for a home project. He searched the entire store for two perfect pallet's for me. Super awesome.

I was at the store to buy a doggy door after previously being discouraged at a couple of other stores because of the lack of associates So, I requested assistance at the front of the store instead of going to the department I needed because I know how associates get stopped by people. The associate came right away and was very knowledgeable about the product.

I came into the store to schedule an appointment for carpet installation. The associate was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the area of sales.
