I would like to commend you on two garden employees. Ms Val and Paulette know their product and are very good on the floor with customers. Whenever I go, they are the only two associates that I deal with. They both know quite a lot about gardening, plants and flowers. They are an asset to your company and I always know everything will work out with their help and recommendations. They work at the LaBrea store on Slauson and Fairfax.

On July 15th my husband and I purchased a refrigerator a Samsung Brand it was on sale and the employee by the name of Mr. Ralph Sutton assisted us and our friend that was there. He took time with both of us explaining and answering the many questions we both had for him. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and kind. He’s an asset to the Company. So, if anyone is in need of a refrigerator or anything else see Ralph Sutton he’s your man.

I was ready to buy a major appliance, and the employees couldn't get anyone to come to the department and help me. So I went up to customer service, and had someone help me with the purchase there. If you've got someone willing to spend over $1,000 at your store, you should get your butt up to help them.

I had placed an order for a bathroom vanity at the Van Nuys location but the order was fulfilled at Ladera Heights. Vanity was delivered cracked. The management team at Ladera Heights helped us figure out a plan to pick up the broken vanity and get a replacement within 2 days. They are by far the most efficient and helpful Home Depot management I have ever encountered. Thanks so much Xavier, Alejandra and Maria! Our Dream Team!!

We needed a multi-tool and rushed over to grab it.

If you’re looking for a representative from the store to help you with your gardening needs, then you need to reach out and seek out Miss Yesenia… With her and her flare customer service she definitely is a great addition to this friendly shopping experience normally I hate going to Home Depot, but she made it absolutely fabulous. I will definitely go back and shop because of her!!!!!

The Ladera Home Depot is making a great effort in helping the community by having more employees in the store to help. These employees do not walk away from you really fast when you call. They actually asked me if I needed help which I was at first suspicious. I thought they were trying to sell me something. Keep up the good work Home Depot. I'll be back.

This Home Depot is a hidden gem. It's a bit smaller than the store in Marina Del Rey which makes it easier to get help when you have a question about a product. I live in Ladera, work in real estate and shop here at minimum once a week. It's hand's down the best Home Depot in L.A. This store also has a craft for children the first Saturday of every month. I have been taking my children to it for years. My two girls absolutely love it! The woman who runs the progtam, Mel, knows my daughters by name and they always feel so special that she remembers them. This program, which our family calls "Home Depot Day" has created customers for life in my two little girls. OUR FAMILY LOVES THIS STORE!

Jaylen and another woman employee near the garden department helped me with my heavy carts. They steered the carts down the ramp and helped load the heavy boards and stones.

I bought flooring the entire staff was helpful and very pleasant, this shortened my time in the store, which always a plus. I will always shop at this location anytime possible

This is Professor, a Martial Arts instructor. I also do 24 Hour lockout service. I went into the store to purchase a piece of hardware and was very successful.

Made my shopping easy avoided guessing and left confident in my task.

I really needed two Dollys and they had exactly what I came for!

I was short a few cents at checkout and cashier April helped me out without my asking by giving me some change. Thanks April!

The workers make you feel welcomed. I would definitely recommend coming here if you want to have an amazing shopping experience.

There was someone to greet me merely by taking the initiative to determine my shopping needs. This was Tony, the employee who first saw me. He really cared. Referred me to the appropriate dept rep, UK, & even escorted me there. He personally introduced me. I was in excellent capable hands. That was above any expectations. I couldn't have been more impressed and pleased. TYVM

Thank you again Robert and Araceli in the Garden and Plant Dept at the home depot who made us feel cared for and loved for our Vegetable Garden for our Apartment Complex and the Veterans we house and service!!! A dream come true!!!

We love Joe he really helped us with all of our questions and gave my daughter and I a lot of informatoon on how to make sure the appliance would fit it the space in the home.

Had lots and lots of questions for Richard for a project related to re-piping, gas lines, etc. He knew it all. He knew what tools to have, what size fittings, what to have just in case, and could not have been nicer! Great experience. This is the guy to go-to for plumbing and/or gas lines.

Made it overly complicated to pay and was very frustrating hunting down a forklift driver to help

I delivered for Roadie (UPS) & They Provided Excellent Service.

I went in over the weekend to purchase some folding chairs for a party. The store did not have the specific ones I wanted in stock, but Felicia helped me find some that were just as good, and offered to discount the price since I didn't find what I was specifically looking to purchase. Then David helped me get them loaded into my car. Fabulous customer service.

Best prices and selection, employees are polite and helpful.
