The employees are always friendly and helpful. Aisleways could be a little cleaner. Seems a bit disarrayed.

Early morning shopping on a saturday and everyone on the floor appear happy! Greeted and asked if we need assistance. This is my favorite Home Depot store in the area, the sales clerks genuinely care about your experience and finding your items needed.

Amanda in flooring was kind,helpful, and informative. The store was busy but all associates were able to help with questions or directions to specific items.

This has by far been the worst experience ever. I spent over a hour in this store just for ONE mailbox. This location can use some management training. I would not recommend this store to absolutely NO ONE; and I will be reporting it to the BBB!!!!

The store was clean and organized. Employees were very helpful and courteous. I am not a plumber or carpenter, but I was there with a note from the workers mentioned. It was my intention to hand over the note, load up my cart, pay and leave. Well, as i soon found out, my list was incomplete, important details remained hidden in the mind of the professional, the employee, needed the info, but was kind to me, the clueless messenger, even when the magic of cell phones failed. All the while assuring me that this happens to Grandmas frequently, he even waited until I left to laugh! Tomorrow my guy will return for my necessary supplies while I do what I know, I'll fix lunch. This was in no way the fault of your guy. He helped me through the embarrassing situation with class......and a straight face.

The associates at the La grange store are extremely friendly, helpful, and are extremely knowledgeable about where items are located.

I had to walk around the store to find help. Once I found someone he told me he would be there to assist me he never came. I found Ben and he came right over with a ladder to get what I needed. He didn't rush off. He assisted me in another area as well. He was very friendly. Ben saved me from disliking Home Depot LaGrange.

My second home....I enjoy this place from the products to the cashiers.

Would not recommend going if you have to talk to someone in customer service cuz you will get a Straight Outta tune from the females there besides that the customer service is excellent

The Home Depot is the store to go to find most anything you need for your home or yard. I love Home Depot and visit it several times a week. The store is always neat and clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Thank you, Home Depot, for being in LaGrange, GA

Great products and friendly employees

The employees were friendly and very helpful. The store is clean and well organized but as a woman I have trouble finding products as my husband usually does most of the shopping. However, when I do shop there, there are enough employees throughout the store that will help me locate what I need. The problem I had on my last visit was the cashier. She was "busy" talking on some kind of cell phone device the entire time I was checking out, with a lot of small items, and failed to give me the discount offer I had received in the mail, even though I handed it directly to her. Had to wait on a manager to come over and void the purchase and then the cashier had to redo the purchase TWO more times to get it right. I don't like the cashier's attention to be focused on talking on the phone rather than paying attention to me, the customer. Very disappointing. Someone needs to correct her behavior. In case someone from Home Depot reads this, her name is "Whitney" at the store in zip code area 30241.

Storage cleaned and well-stocked and the employees are very friendly. I deal with large projects with returns and the folks at the return desk are great. Special shout-out goes out to Tewona Khris and Tia.
