Sales staff very helpful and knowledgeable

Used to have plenty of the carts in the first picture. Now more push carts than anyone uses and all us contractors scramble for the useful ones. Step it up HD!

Jared the Manager was amazing and Courtney in the painting department was amazing because of them, I had a great visit.

I needed help with a plumbing project for my bathtub and I approached a gentleman named Mark Able. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. He walked me through the entire process of obtaining a faucet set for the bathtub and all the hardware and how to install everything. He was on point with everything! He was a true professional. I highly recommend that you go and see him at the Lagrange Georgia store if you're working on a plumbing project.

The store is always clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful.

I purchased 30 bags of mulch and was told I had to load it on a cart and bring it from the back of the garden center as opposed to pulling into the parking lot and load from the stacks out there. While loading the final bags, an employee asked if I needed assistance (I’ve already loaded the bags on a cart). I asked why customers were not allowed to load from the stacks outside in the fenced area. He replied that they were and the cashier should have called him out there. I know I was the second person to have to load mulch and bring it out of the back because there was a trailer loading in front of my truck. These kinds of issues have happened in the past when I have purchased large quantities of concrete.

My cashier was a great cashier.

Went to buy some paint at 3:45 pm 11/25/22, the paint counter personnel were very knowledgeable. The cashier , Virginia was very friendly as well.

Most cashiers will not take the time to be free and helpful but mine wax she told me about the good sales that was going on

Tried to buy a refrigerator, personnel in store could not fill out paperwork properly required much effort to get item and purchased warranty in the proper name. Item delivered with soot inside and greasy from diesel fumes. Store agreed to replace replacement scheduled for delivery company refused to pick up damaged nor deliver new one. At present item not replaced. This has been the worst experience of buying an appliance I have ever had
