Everyone was very helpful, well organized and I was in and out very quickly

The associates in this Home Depot store are very friendly, helpful and polite, and there are plenty of associates throughout the store available to assist customers. The store is neat and clean and everything is labeled well so that you can understand what the product is, and how much it costs. Whatever we come to this Home Depot to look for, there is almost always a great variety of choices and brands. We shop at this Home Depot often and it is always an enjoyable experience.

Store was clean and organized, but I was looking for 3.5 inches screws. They had the correct screw, but I couldn't find the size I was looking for. After looking for about 20 minutes (with several associates looking at me in the aisle, but never coming down it), I gave up. There was a sign telling me I could go on line if I couldn't find what I was looking for.

We have a great experience everytime we visit and shop.

I spent 10 minutes trying to get the attention of a store associate who was talking to a friend... I left the store without the shelving and I will be lurching it somewhere else.

I am always impressed with Home Depot!! The store is clean and items I need are easy to locate! I especially love the Home Depot application I installed on my phone!

I would like to thank the girls at the finance desk who helped me get special finance terms, the gentleman who explained how to operate the riding mower to my daughter, and to the store manager who went out of his way to deliver the mower to my daughters house. I bought a new freezer and was pleased with the service. I had also priced the freezer at another store and it was cheaper and the associate let me have it for the cheaper price.

Organic Plantone for garden in the store this year. Last year had other Plantone but not this great product was so glad for my vegetables I can buy in GA now. Thanks.

Homedepot is my favorite place. They have most of items I was looking for always. Good place

My husband and I went in to Home Depot to build a project. Gary instantly helped us. He was really helpful, patient, and kind. He provided us with great customer service. We then went to purchase our products that Gary helped us with. The cashier was extremely sweet and friendly. She was very helpful and patient with us as well. This was one of our best experiences we have had in a store yet!

I readily received assistance from a store associate in finding a certain type and size of nail I was looking for. I came into the store to purchase several items, including paint, nails, wall hanging hardware, glue and duct tape. Home Depot has everything you need in one great store. The store was clean and organized. I was able to get in and out of the store in a timely manner.

The store is well marked for things you are looking for. If i have any questions i can always find someone who is ready to help.

We talked to many associates and most were very helpful! Only when asking to get an associate to a certain area may take a little time, you may have to ask twice. But I loved ordering the products online and just picking them up at the store. We are remodeling our house, so we looked at so many items. There is so much great stuff to look at and great ideas for the new remodel. We will be back again soon, I'm SURE!

Store is always clean and associates are always helpful

With the use of the website, I found what I needed quickly and easily.

The only issues I can find is items seem to be out of stock often and for a period that seems long. Also, seems similar products could be better organized to lessen search time. Also, the loading zone is always blocked by inconsiderate shoppers that leave their vehicle in the loading lanes. Love Home Depot, spend much each year.

I have shopped many times at the LaGrange Home Depot. I'm always impressed with the prices be them tools or other products needed. I like not having to hunt down an associate for help as they are close by should the need arise. Most are very knowledgeable and provide the help or assistance needed.

I had a little trouble figuring out that I had to pay for propane at the register, and the cashier saw me holding the tank and didn't say anything. but I figured it out

Get some cashiers and this will be a great store! All is well until check out.

I went to this store twice in one day. The first time I bought 30 bags of mulch. The associate at the register failed to scan my discount for using my Home Depot card. I had to go to the service desk and spend an extra 30 minutes dealing with them. Then there was no one available to help me load. I loaded the entire purchase by myself. Not really a big deal except that I did request help with it. I went back about an hour later and bought a wheelbarrow. These are locked up outside the front of the store. The cashier was excellent this time and completed the transaction in just a minute. I then had to wait 25 minutes (yes I did time it) and the cashier had to call 3 times for some one to come unlock the lock. When I expressed my displeasure at having to wait so long the young man (associate) who accompanied the young lady with the key got very disrepectful with his language and his attitude. If there were another home improvement store in this town you can bet I would do more business with them at this time.
