In and out in a short time. Most things I needed were available. Good experience.

The store was clean and the staff were very helpful

We came to buy light bulbs which we accomplished but we're pleasantly surprised when Alan, the sales associate, told us we could get our purchase free when we signed up for a Home Depot credit card. He was very helpful and friendly! Home Depot is lucky to have Alan.

I bought a ton of large pots and plants for staging our home for sale. The garden dept staff was so helpful -- from finding the right plants, carrying heavy pots, helping my young daughter chose plants too, and finally loading it all in the car. Chad especially, was a great help in carefully loading and protecting my plants. The 2 ladies at checkout were also very friendly. Very easy and pleasant shopping experience!

The location and parking is very good. The staffing of this store is very helpful and easy to find. In fact I was approached as I entered the store and asked if I could be helped. Everything was organized, clean and well maintained.

Staff is always difficult to find when you need them.

I was greeted as soon as I entered store and the customer service associated immediately acknowledged that she will be right with me. After I picked up my items offered to hold it while I shop. During my shopping experience, I was offered assistance by three store personnel with friendly attitudes, that previous experience did not have. I definitely will be back to this store.

Needed to buy a large push broom for my neighbor. Associate directed me to the correct aisle and another associate was gracious at check out and offered me the opportunity to apply for the HD credit card. My purchase was free and I received a significant credit line for future purchases all at 5% discount.

I was impressed with the overall friendliness of all the staff I came in contact with. Everyone was very helpful. The paint department was the greatest! The staff took time to explain the differences in two types of paint I was considering. It help me feel confident in my final selection.

The Appliance associate was MIA (hence only a rating of 3 on "Associate Availability"), but the associate in Flooring was more than happy to help me with my purchase of a new washer/dryer. Any questions she was unable to answer for me, she quickly found support from someone who could over the phone. She also followed up with me the next day to confirm information related to installation of my gas dryer. That was definitely not required of her to do, but I SO appreciated it! I've always been a dedicated Home Depot shopper, and now, I'm even more dedicated! Giving a shout-out to Sandra Fernandez at the Home Depot on El Toro in Laguna Hills! Stellar service!!!

I was looking for lumber to repair an existing redwood fence and gate. Juan, the associate made practical suggestions. To save some time, I had him do cuts on 2" x 6". His cuts were precise and made my weekend project enjoyable and I finished sooner than expected.
