During this time of struggle, with no power, no AC, no gas to even be able to cook meals for my four children. The Homedepot employees made me feel much better. I ended up buying a generator and spending my last on it, to being able to return it with a full refund to be able to go to a hotel and feed my kids until I did get power. I am for ever grateful!!!!

The best part of my job is to shop at Home Depot

I’ve lived all over Texas, and travel all over the U.S. for work. This store here is the friendliest, well stocked, knowledgeable, and helpful Home Depot’s I have ever been to. The level of care here is above and beyond. I want whoever signs their paychecks here to double it. They deserve it. A simply thing like saying hello or howdy goes a long way. The employees that met me exhausted every resource they had to help. Not just look on their inventory tracker, shrug and walk off. This store is a hidden gem. Well done employees and management team.

I buy my plants and supplies at Home Depot, they have a good selection of native plants, plants are very healthy and also giving a 90 return policy with recipes

I bet I didn't have to wait 2 minutes for help. James and Mandy loaded over a ton of sacks of concrete onto my trailer. Perfectly centered on top of the axles of my trailer. Every single sack by hand. They never complained and were cheerful throughout. What a great experience

My husband and I had been at another home improvement store earlier in the day and this Home Depot definitely set the bar from the appearance, cleanliness and organization of the store to the 5 star employee service we received.

There was no customer service at the cash register by the service desk. The person working at the desk was rude and showed no professionalism. This store continues to provide subpar customer service.

I needed 33 boxes of tile. They had an entire pallet of the tile I needed, which insured matching lot numbers for the tile. Super important to be able to match like that

I visit the Lake Jackson location frequiently. This store is always clean and stocked well .. The employees are nice and if u need help ask for James he is knowledgeable and will steer u in the right direction

I bought a upright Magic Chef freezer

I bought my garden flowers there and they’re still alive. Also great customer service, attend quick/friendly.

I have purchased multiple Milwaukee tools over the last several years. Weed eater, 2 different M18 impact wrenches, Circular saw, Sawsall, M18 batteries and chargers, Leaf blower, etc. not one of these tools have broken, or shown diminished performance. Clearly the best of the best tools sold!

I shop H.D. for most all my garden needs. Many times I encounter one lady who is always friendly and asked if I need assistance. I appreciate "Service" when I shop and not all businesses provide that. I hope that Mr. Ronald Jones tells cashier Ms. Helen that she is a valuable employee in the garden center.

Your store has gone down in service and needs to be dealt with

I am so excited knowing that my Lake Jackson, Tx. Home Depot can take care of my needs, it’s so frustrating driving to another town to make a purchase.

I have 3 franchises that I am loyal to because of their service. My H.E.B., My Buccees, and My Home Depot.

James in Tile was awesome!!!!! He went above and beyond to find the inventory the system said was on hand, but not on the shelves. We have never had anyone assist that greatly before. Then we had Crystal, who either hates her job or was having a bad day. She was the rudest and snarkiest cashier I have ever seen at any big box retail store. We are regulars at both big box home improvement stores in the area and this was just unacceptable behavior by the cashier. The manager didn't really seem to give a crap either. Never have I been treated like this at ANY retail store!! The guy who offered to help us unload, a first I might add, also was very nice. We did not catch his name, but he was nice and helpful. He probably was sent out to try to offset our extreme frustration, and if so, he helped.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, I specifically dealt with Randell and both Michael and Scott in the paint section who were super helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond

There are wide variety of plants, but it is too pricy! Somehow home depot get to add on a plastic planter to make it look nicer and bump the price of the plant. I will shop again but carefully look at prices.

I bought the smallest Homelite Electric Chainsaw a while back but it is has been really convenient. I use it for small duty stuff like cutting 4-6" Logs into smaller pieces for my Santa Margarita grill and my Smoker. The Homelite Electric Chainsaw just zips through anything I put in front of it. I bought some Bar and Chain Lube in store at the same time, and it uses it more if you apply more downward pressure to wood. Otherwise just let the chainsaw do the work for you and conserve your Bar and Chain oil. Great product !

The cashier, Taylor, in the Garden Center was so friendly and quick to be helpful. She made my day!

I've been in homedepot stores in Galveston, Houston and even Dallas area but this one makes you feel as though your family or a friend

Love early morning Sunday shopping at home Depot I always enter through the garden department and in completely satisfied with the help I received Krystal cashier & Thomas manager of the garden area make it a wonderful shopping experience always cheerful & willing to help
