I'm so uncomfortable after my last experience, and how unwelcome a"manager" made me feel, I'll likely not even shop at Home Depot further. I've been, I believe, a valuable customer who has spent a lot of money in this store. I'm not accustomed to being treated so poorly, and as a disabled person with limited mobility, an not at all comfortable having someone barge into my personal space-- especially with the covid-19 virus. If that were an employee of mine, I would have fired her on the spot. All this over my returning a $12 sprayer that was defective. I highly recommend avoiding this store and shopping elsewhere.

I will rate my visit on today-POOR! Prior to this visit I purchased some paint. The guy that helped me during a previous visit to this store was very polite and helpful. I was came in for a paint and he wasn’t sure if the color was correct. He told me I could purchase the paint and if it didn’t match o could bring it back. He wrote on the can to indicate it could be returned. I brought the paint in on today to return it and all 3 people I came in contact with made me feel as if I wasn’t being honest. I was extremely appalled by the way the manger handled the situation. They were looking at the can and asking if it said can or can’t return, the manager BRANDON came over and immediately said you can’t return paint and walked off. I tried to explain myself and I guess when BRANDON got frustrated he attempted to chastise me (which he was not). I wanted all of them to know how they were making me feel as if I was being dishonest and BRANDON kept attempting to speak over me. THE ABSOLUTE POOREST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM THIS HOME DEPOT. BRANDON should be setting the example for the employees working under him except he chose to attempt to be demeaning. POOR GUIDANCE FROM BRANDON. He doesn't appear capable of developing staff. DO BETTER BRANDON!
