Great products, easy to find and have what I need.

Billy (Associate in Lake Jackson) went out of his way and out of his department to help us find what we needed. He has knowledge of all the products in his department but he also knows the store as a whole. We were looking for a sweeper so he knew where to go and when we could not find the one we wanted he contacted that department's associate to check on availability. With stars like him we will be returning often. We don't go to the "I only know fertilizer" store.

Our sales associate was friendly and helpful and explained everything clearly.

Never enough cashiers. Really a sign of poor management.Saturday AM and only one cashier. Also all self check closed. Not a rare occurance. Last nigjt had similar issues. 30 minutes in line Should have went to Lowe's but I never learn.

The sales associate in the appliance Dept. was very helpful to me with selecting a stove top. My experience was so much better at Home Depot compared to other places i have visited. Thank you,

This store is clean and well-lighted and we are always greeted with a smile and an offer to help. We ALWAYS shop Home Depot first wherever we are, mostly because they honor America's Vets -- not just with words, but with a very practical and helpful discount on every purchase. In other words, they put their money where their mouth is! :-) This is a great company and we are very glad Home Depot is in our area. Thank you for all you do.

I am in the 2nd day process of remodeling a kitchen and was shopping for backsplash tile. When I found the "one" I was looking for I was so excited. It looked like it must be a popular item because there was very limited quantity of the product, not enough needed for my DIY project anyway! I managed to find an associate who worked in flooring to assist me. She said unfortunately that particular tile is discontinued. I then asked her if she was able to see if any other stores within driving distance might have it. She left me for a few minutes and came back with an answer, yes there were two. So, when I returned home, I called the League City store, explained what I wanted and within a matter of minutes located the product in the quantity I needed, paid for it and was done! Just like that! Tomorrow I can drive there leisurely and not have to worry if they have what I wanted! Very good experience with both stores! Highly recommend!

I had to return online items and store bought items. Store Associate was friendly, helpful and prompt. I will continue to visit and purchase as HOMEDEPOT with this type of WELCOME. THANK YOU HOMEDEPOT

Compared to other Home Depot Stores, this one needs improvement. Shelves are often in disarray and items misplaced. Adequate staffing and organization would improve this store greatly. Sure hope that they find the pallet of tile that is missing before someone else drives 20 miles to pick it up.

I came into the store knowing exactly what I was looking for. The cashier and her helper were extremely helpful as I was in and out of the store within 15 minutes with the paperwork for the purchase (Washer & Dryer) in hand. At my age (75), this is the type of 'shopping' I thoroughly appreciate and value! A hearty 'Thank you' to both the cashier and her attendant.

Store Associate Nancy with her friendly, professional attitude and going beyond selling she assisted me in getting my order promptly loaded and made calls to corporate office when I asked why i kept getting denied a homedepot card. Nancy is rare associate that has that people person attitude making you want to come back again and shop at HOMEDEPOT. Thank you Nancy. I am happy with my purchase

Had very friendly service from the lady in the cabinet dept. Then went to gardening, bought my plants at a great price. Talked to the manager whom was very courteous and helpful and was checked out by a new employee that was great. Good experience

For your lawn care equipment needs find Tommy Skalak. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. My husband and I have been looking for a lawn mower for months and he was great at helping us to finally choose one. He took the time to give us the specs of the mower and tell us why it would be a good purchase. We are very happy with our purchase and grateful we happened to stop in the store that day, at that time. Great customer service is one of the biggest reason I will return again to a particular store.

I was looking for heavy duty line for my grass trimmer. The associate was knowledgeable, familiar with my trimmer and offered several suggestions for my choice. The line chosen more than met my needs and worked great.

Rear of store had alot of full buggys in the back aisles hard to find what I was first looking for.

Being one of the few places to rent equipment in the area they could probably charge more, but instead they charge an affordable rate. Because of offering this service, I give all my business to Home Depot.
