On 7/6/ 2024, I meet with Michelle Tucker at the North Palm Beach HD location Ms. Tucker was attentive, personable, professional, she listened, consistently shared useful product information on features I hadn’t considered, while keeping my budget in mind. I ordered all 4 kitchen appliances, agreed to having the appliances delivered, installed, disposal of the old and took advantage of the protection program provided by Home Depot. Ms. Tucker exceeded my shopping expectations as a Kitchen and Bath Design Consultant. Her confidence, knowledge and experience were key factors in assuring me that I was in capable hands, and I was not about to be oversold. Ms. Tucker is a jewel in the Home Depot crown. Hire more like her!! P.S. The performance of a location begins at the top. Bruno - Store Manager is honest, trustworthy and works hard. I will go out of my way to shop at this location again.

The employees at this store are so kind and thoughtful and went out of their way to resolve my problem and help me with my purchases.

I had two employees of homedepot trying to find my price that was missing. They both were helpful and courteous.

Visited this store to order and purchase items for my bathroom remodel. Carlos our salesman was professional, caring and went the extra mile to make sure everything was ordered satisfactory and done correctly. Carlos exceed my customer expectations in every way. I would recommend this store to anyone who is looking for outstanding customer service.

I went to this home to get a new screen door. It is larger then most. Would of had to order it and take up to 4 weeks. I needed the door same day. Dale was extremely helpful! He not only went with me to get the items I needed. He also helped me in store to install the screen. To make sure it was done correctly. I recommend this store! At least for ant door or screen needs. And I highly recommend Dale Striger for any questions or help! Thanks again!

Today I went to Home Depot to buy a lot of wood that I needed for a job site. I was graded very well and also I was help to load the cart up with a lot of plywood and then unload it to load it into my truck everybody there was helpful. Thank you Home Depot.

Came in to do a return on an item that was previously opened. I was directed to the return area by a Home Depot employee, after waiting there for five minutes the return cashier told me I was at the exit area and please go to the entry area. There was no people waiting in either areas, so basically, she made me walk to the enter area and then called me to her desk. If I could , I would give this customer service person zero stars, No one deserves to be treated this way especially a customer. If a person does not like their job they should ask for a transfer to a different department where they do not have to deal with customers , I’d like to note, I did wish her to have a good day in the hopes that any other customer she might come into contact today would not be treated so poorly .

To the young lady name jaidah helping me checkout and to the guy named keener in the hardware department I want to say how kind and helpful you both were! Exceptional job at getting everything I needed and making sure I left with a great experience!

I would like to give a shout out to Dale in the Millwork dept. He provided exceptional customer service that should be used as training for other associates. He was patient, helpful, kind, suggested alternatives, and followed up on an order placed to make sure it was received. It was an absolute pleasure - five star service that needs to be replicated across all of the departments at Home Depot and beyond!

We moved to Palm Beach Gardens over 30 years ago and I went shopping at Home Depot for a lot of new tools and supplies I needed. Unfortunately I did not know most of the words for the tools (why is a screwdriver called Phillips) so everything was a "thingy" for me followed by an explanation what I needed the "thingy" for.. I went to your store almost every day for about a month and after a few days I was asked " what thingy are we looking for today". It made me feel so welcome and I felt like home. I still tell my "thingy" experience after all these years because it made my moving here from a different country so special and made me feel welcome by all your people. Even yesterday: I met Kelvin at your Customer Service. I had an issue with our military appreciation and he was able to solve my problem in a few minutes. What a fine young man, so helpful and so knowledgeable. Thank you!

Danny, the gentleman from Hardware/tools department, NAILED IT! Very kind, knowledgeable and patient! Made my visit much smoother and found better solutions with him!

This store is a mess, completely unorganized and associates are rude. The cashier never spoke to me, never handed me my bag or receipt. She has the worst attitude ever. All the cashiers were worried about was leaving for the day.

Because of distance, I do not frequent HD that much but when I do, I always find what I am looking for.

I bought a new dishwasher and Carmen in appliances was AMAZING! She was knowledgeable and helpful. She even had the patience to help me use several gift cards to complete my transaction which took some extra time and effort, on her part. I would highly recommend this store for appliances the service is great!

I want to call out Veranda for being extremely helpful and had a great attitude while checking me out.

I went in to purchase a washer/dryer. Sales associate Michele greeted me and showed me a few sale options. I made my selection, with her help and she checked me out within minutes.

I'm currently working on a project to extend my residence and I was hesitant to go to home Depot because of the past experience I had 3 months ago with a neighboring home Depot in West Palm beach. I am glad I decided to go to the lake Park home Depot because I had the pleasure of meeting Dale in the windows and door department. He explained everything to me thoroughly. He listened to what I asked for and follow through with getting me exactly what I need it. He even took the initiative into writing down things that I didn't quite understand to better help my understanding. I will be seeing him soon to purchase the rest of my items.

when even I visit the store employees are ready and willing to help.

The brackets I needed were in a Box on the back of the shelf hidden.The screws I needed weren't even there anymore and I just bought a box a week and a half ago. Immature online said they showed 6 boxes of them and an employee couldn't even find them in inventory and there's no spot on the shelf form. Now and they were just there a week ago. They're standard deck mate screws

As the small girl that I am I am limited when shopping at Home Depot because many items I need are large and heavy. I usually need help picking things up and Michael in the parking lot did just that. He helped me load a door into my truck. Thank you for making my shopping trip easier Michael!!
