I bought a fan and had to exchange it. The refund experience and help buying a new fan were great. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

The Home Depot on Northlake has the best service of any home repair stores. I can always find someone to help me and they are always friendly and helpful!

I have made many purchases at many different Home Depot's and the people in the export department at Lake Park are the best I have ever worked with. I rarely if ever use the competition because I find that the service thst they deliver is underwhelming but in exporting items to the Bahamas the people at Lake Park are the best I have ever encountered!

Actually, you were lucky. I am handicapped and have a hard time walking far. I had a picture of the type of item I wanted. First I was directed to the far corner of the building department where two black male employees were chewing the fat. They could hardly turn around to eventually tell me “Over there”. After I asked him to please show me, he eventually took the trouble to, but could not find what I showed him on the picture. Then another guy said its “probably” in the Garden Department. There was no help there and I had to trek all the way to the cashier. She didn’t know either. Just as I was ready to leave in disgust I found one of your gentlemen helpers who really adopted my case, went to another employee in the area where he suspected it might be and found precisely what I wanted. First though he said it was $25 which made no sense but then he checked all the way on the floor and got somebody to scan the correct item and it was the Chrome Tie Out Stake for $4.95 ! I told the guy he was 10 stars and I’d wish all of them would be like him. I was so pleased that once I got home I ordered 4 more online.

Checkout was quick, good variety of everything you need

NO RESPECT FOR VETERANS!! I urge you not to shop at Home Depot. They have quietly modified their veterans policy to only be for retired or active duty military. I am not a veteran, this isn't about me but about the men and women who choose to risk their lives for all of us.

This is a really nice store and I’ve been coming here for 32 years. And I just noticed that the store # 0220 02-20 is my birth date!!

Total idiots working in the paint dept. Can't match their own paint that they sell from a promo. Don't even waste your time going there, as I never will again and will be sure to let everyone know who sees my painted concrete in the back patio.

I placed an order for same day pick up of a few small items in the afternoon. The next morning it still wasn't ready for pick up. Why offer the service if you are unable to perform?

the experience of shopping today at this store was my worst nightmare 4 hours in a store to check out a online patio set and having to deal with 4 or 5 associates and not 1 manager to come forth to help the cashier when she called on the person several times I FELL AS A CUSTOMER IT should not take a cashier calling on a manager and that person never show up and try to get the problem resolved I WAS SO UPSET AND stressed out I WISH i had never gone to this home depot on north lake in palm beach gardens I JUST HOPE AND pray that in the future they better train the higher up in the store which in this case would be the managers cause at the end of the day when a manager is called upon they are expected to smooth the problem out so the customer can have a good experience well I DIDN'T NOR DID A MANAGER EVER COME EVEN AFTER BEING CALLED SHAME ON YOU !!!!

I've been shopping at this store for 16 years and have always had a good experience. The employees are knowledgeable and courteous. They walk me to the aisles I need and help me find the correct size or item I'm looking for. The female employees are just as knowledgeable of the products as the male employees. I'm very impressed. The store is neat and clean even the restrooms. It's apparent everyone takes safety serious. Blocking the aisles when moving product and never doing it alone. Thank you Lake Park Home Depot!!!
